Made things right

I’ve been using Dick Norris for a while to service my Ford F-250. Recently, I took the truck in for some clanking when going over bumps. They repaied the issue but when I received the truck back I noticed that the front wheel bearings were bad which in order to fix them would require paying for labor that was just completed. When I brought the issue to the service department’s director, Bobby Brown he directed me to the service manager, Toby. After speaking with both of them about the issue they completed the repair only charging me for the parts. Their actions on this issue are the exact reason I use Dick Norris to service my Ford. I have found them to be an honest dealership with good work quality. I would recommend people using them for their repair needs.

Great service

The service level at Dick Norris is great! They are friendly to me and my kids everytime we go in there! They are detailed, they explain everything, and I never feel pressured to do anything I do not want like at other dealerships!

"Professional and Knowledgeable"

I visited the service department to get an oil change on Saturday 3/24/18. Met with Elijah and Jack who were awesome. They took my request and got my vehicle right in. They suggested some specials and it was everything I needed. Even suggested about the On Star special which I qualified for. Now this is what 5 star service is about. I hope other dealers take note that Dick Norris Buick/GMC is top notch. Fantastic job!

Friendly and Professional

I have used multiple GMC dealerships in Pinellas county. Dick Norris is by far my favorite one. Everyone is very friendly and professional. They always are able to accommodate their customers wants and needs.

Dick Norris GMC Service

My service manager Mike was very kind and helpful and the shuttle driver was wonderful to talk to. Only thing I didn’t like was the recommendation to flush out my brake fluid when the manufacturer doesn’t recommend that until 150k Miles and my Terrain is only at 60k.

Always great service

I have purchased many vehicles from Dick Norris (Buick/GMC). From the time of ordering to servicing, they have always treated me with the best of attention and care. The latest example, was during this service visit. I inherited a low mileage Buick Verano from my Late Aunt and my Uncle. I (of course), took it to a Dick Norris facility closest to my home, to have it serviced. The Service Tech. Michael Bennett let me know when the best time to bring it in was......and followed up with a phone call, when he had a better time available. When I arrived, a person met me at the car, escorted me to Michael's desk, where Michael took all relevant information need. I left the Buick overnight, expecting to be called the following afternoon as we had discussed. The following mid morning, much to my delight, Michael called and informed me that my Verano was ready to pick up. I just wanted to thank Michael Bennett (Service Tech) and Joseph Hill (Mechanical Tech) that were involved in handling my service transaction for a great experience! Updating some service work.

Jack Strehle is our service consultant and as usual he was right on top of everything we needed for this service. Everyone in the dealership was very courteous which is always a plus.

Service for vehicle

Everything was great. All employees were courteous and professional. Good customer service waiting area. The waiting area had cold ice cream for my wife to eat.
