Problem Solved
My 2008 Buick Lucerne developed a noise in the left front wheel on Saturday 2/10/18 after sitting for 4 days in a driveway while visiting relatives in Clearwater. I had driven down from upstate New York with no problems and was planning on continuing my trip to Sarasota and Naples on Tuesday 2/13/18. After driving around a bit on Sunday 2/11/18, I decided I needed to have this problem looked at by professionals. Sunday night 2/11/18, I emailed the Dick Norris Dealership to see if I could possibly get my car in for an evaluation the next day, Monday 2/12/18. I wasn't real hopeful that it would be possible, but gave it a try anyway. I had used this dealer ship on previous trips for oil changes on an older car and been satisfied with their service and professionalism. Shortly after sending my email, I received two emails from the dealership stating they could make an appointment for 7 AM on 2/12/18 or a later time if more convenient. I picked 8 AM because i was then staying at Clearwater Beach and had no idea how long it would take to get from there to the dealership. I drove to the dealership and Mike Bennett, Service Advisor, took prompt care of me. He test drove the car around the dealership parking lot, heard the noise, and thought it was a wheel bearing. He showed me where the waiting area was and got my car started on the repairs. A short time later, he took me out in the shop, introduced me to Brian, the mechanic checking out my car, and gave me an estimate of what the cost would be for repairs. He then suggested that the Courtesy Van take me back to my hotel while the repairs were being made and they would come get me when they were completed. It doesn't get any better than this. About 5 PM, the Dealership called, stated the car was repaired, and Cliff, the Courtesy Van driver, was on his way to pick me up and take me back to the dealership. After arrival at the dealership, Mike and Brian showed me the parts they had replaced, and directed me to the payment counter. I have driven the car approximately 150 miles since the service and everything appears to be fine. You guys saved my trip and allowed me to spend a day at the beach instead of sitting around a waiting room. Thank you for a job well done and a pleasurable experience. I would recommend your dealership to anyone needing help with their vehicle.

First Oil Change
My experience couldn't have been better. I was driven to and from work in your courtesy van and was treated like a VIP by Dan in Service from the moment I arrived with my car. Your service department as well as your courtesy van driver truly went above and beyond to make my oil change a pleasant experience.

Emergency Service
On a Friday night the "service engine" light came on. Not wanting to drive te vehicle to far with that warning, I called the service department at 8 a,m, Saturday explaining that is the only vehicle I have and needed a computor check and repair right away. Service department said they were very busy but bring the vehicle in for a check. With no promise of repairs being made that day. The service department went above and beyond the call od duty. Vehicle was checked out and repaired and back on the road by 11:30 A.M. that day. "Thanks" to all the Dick Norris employees who work on Saturdays. We all love to have our weekends off.

same problem, same fix
I have had an issue with my battery going dead several times have brought it in and the dealership has replaced the battery which is awesome but they are not finding out why the battery is going dead. Therefore I do not feel that the problem is actually being fixed. The people at Dick Norris are wonderful but I want my car fixed.

service writer jack was very thorough
had a issue with the transmission from time of purchase. issue is manufacturing or defect. this dealership has done all they can to alleviate problem..

Very professional and courteous service
Paint chipped off center of hood size of a quarter under bumper to bumper warranty. Hood looks like new now! While i was in they recommended i take advantage of free maintenance i didn't realize i had. Very good service.

Great Place of Business
I have been taking my car to Dick Norris in Clearwater FL since I purchased it last year at a different dealership. They are polite and knowledgeable and we're able to answer questions I had. The prices are very competitive and reasonable. I would recommend this dealership to my friends anytime. I will be going back there in a couple of months for tires and alignment. They have my business today and in the future.
