I went to Chula Vista Kia for a car replacement.

I went to Chula Vista Kia for a car replacement. I had an excellent experience. I worked with Bobby Longnecker who was awesome. He knew what he was doing and got me through the process as quickly as possible. I was treated very kindly and with respect. I would highly recommend Chula Vista Kia. Trish K.

Service Dept Lies and ??????

I took my car in for oil change and tire rotation on Feb 7, 2015, I sat in a place where I could see my car getting worked on, the mechanic never removed my tires to rotate or check brakes, I had also marked my tires and rims just to make sure they were rotated. When my car was brought over to me I asked Michael Atwater to come over and told him what I seen and knew. He stood there for 10 minutes and argued with me that if they say they are going to do things they do it and that the marks on my rims don't mean anything because they don't rotate the rims?? Finally he brought the mechanic over, at first the mechanic said he rotated them and finally he admitted that he didn't at which point Michael Atwater told me that he wouldn't charge me WOW! THANK YOU! I wonder what else they don't check? After this I made the mistake of letting them wash my car out of my sight. I had a hide a key under my car in a key pouch, stuck really good and zip tied, For 2 yrs It never moved or fell off as I needed it once before. Fast forward 4 months after my dealing with Fuller Kia, I locked my keys in my car at Home Depot no big deal I will get my hidden key where (ONLY ME AND MY WIFE) knew about. The key, pouch and zip tie were GONE! The only people that would have seen this key was someone under my car and because I caught the mechanic lying and then letting my car out of my sight while it got washed by the mechanics amigo, I can only guess where my key went. I called Michael Atwater when I got home and let him know about it and my suspicions and he told me that they don't do that here? ( just like they rotate tires) and it must of fell off, all the sudden. This all cost me $240 plus the cost of the lost key and I guarantee you they don't do the work that they promise and if you accuse them of it the customer is always WRONG there.

The floor manager and the sales manager had a problem...

The floor manager and the sales manager had a problem with me for taking a car I was interested in for a test-drive, never experienced anything like this in my life. I had explained to the salesman that I was only interested in a manual Rio5 and not the automatic Rio5 they had in stock but wanted to see how it drove so requested a drive. As soon as we came back and walked into the dealership from the 1-mile test drive, both the sales manager and the floor manager had a very hostile attitude towards me. Basically they just did not like the fact that I had taken a test drive without any intention of buying it. These morons did not care that here was a new customer who wanted to move away from his VW and Honda cars and become a new Kia customer, wonder how they landed jobs here in the first place.
