I was charged $285 when my car is still under warranty. Charging to inspect it? How else would you know whats wrong it? So basically everyone gets charged $285 because all cars need to be inspected in order to know whats wrong. Such a RIP OFF! Warranty means No Charge. NEVER AGAIN will I take my vehicle there nor will I purchase a Kia again.

High employee turnover. The service is inconsistent. I like it less every time I go.
