You don’t wash cars anymore even though It cost me at least over 400$ whenever I bring in my car and you don’t offer to pick up customers when cars are ready. Seems like service are lower but the savings are not passed along to customers. I have 17500 miles on my car which is 3 years old and was told I need new tires I understand that sun will have a bearing on sidewalls but never cause the threads to wear down. I can only assume that your tires Are inferior when you buy a new car
