I've always been very impressed with Chula Vista Kia, very satified with the service. Service advisor was very informative and very professional.

I have been going back for servicing of my vehicle with Chula Vista Kia for over a few years now. I do not go anywhere else. Appointment scheduling is easy, and there are almost ALWAYS deals/coupons on their website to save yourself a little money. Check in and out is always so easy. I NEVER feel pressured about services (which being an anxious ridden gal, I greatly apprecaite that). They will talk to me on what they found on the inspection and make recommendations on level of importance, but again, have never been pushy about it. Sometimes the time duration of service can extend, but they are usually great at communicating delays. The customer service is always TOP tier. I always feel a warm presence when speaking with the service associates. I will continue to bring my business to Chula Vista Kia!

Sharing the excellent experience I had at your location. The facility was nice and clean, and I received outstanding customer service from Celia Tapia. She went above and beyond to help me with a recall on my Kia Soul. When I arrived, there were no rental cars available, but Celia went out of her way to find me a vehicle so I could leave my car to be fixed. Employees like Celia give Kia a wonderful image.

I googled the model I wanted and crossed shopped, and Kia Chula Vista appeared to have the best price around. I started talking with Marco, and he helped me with my EV9 lease and worked hard to get numbers that worked for me and my family. The whole team was a pleasure to work with, stuck to their word, and made the process as easy as possible. Not only did they have the best price but it was also the easiest car negotiation we have had. I love my new car!
