Staff is kind and accommodating in both Sales and Service departments. I’ve frequented the service department for a couple issues with my car, and they were taken care of under warranty with no problem. My service advisor has been Celia, who has been there for all my needs and ensured everything is taken care of.

I was hesitant to come to this dealership because my parents previously had a bad experience here years ago, but they had the vehicle I was looking for in stock and decided to take the risk. Justin and Silver were absolutely amazing!! They not only remedied the bad experience but they made it an AMAZING ONE! I definitely will be referring my friends and family to Kia of Chula Vista for their vehicle needs. They worked with me, got me a great deal, and were so kind and respectful the entire process. 100/10
