I have previously bought a car here 5 yrs ago and decided to come back for an upgrade. Everyone made this process easy, professional, and fast. From walking in to driving off the lot everyone was so sweet and attentive to what I was saying or even concerned about. This was extremely important to me especially as a woman coming in alone. The service department has gone through many many changes over the years. Mario, my recent service advisor, was great (for a change, a professional individual with standards and great communication). Not a fan of the dealership for purchasing a vehicle, tried in the past and had better results at other San Diego County Kia dealerships

Manny was an excellent rep, he made sure to understand what I wanted in a car, even when I myself didn’t explain it properly, and got me in exactly the car I wanted!
