I recently had my car serviced at Chula Vista Kia and had a great experience with Mario in the Service Department. I came in for an oil change, as well as other service that was due. My car was ready much sooner than I expected, which was a pleasant surprise! Mario provided honest, friendly service from start to finish. I really appreciated that he took the time to look over my service history with the dealership and explain what would be coming up at my next visit. He made sure I understood everything without making me feel pressured. It’s refreshing to receive such great customer service and feel like someone genuinely cares about taking care of your vehicle. I had an excellent experience for my major services. I was greeted within 2 mins of my arrival. The services requested were: oil change, tire rotation, cooling system flush and fill, transmission flush and fill and a break service. After my info was gathered and the details of the required time to complete services, my service written set up a ride back to my home. An hour or so later, I received a video showing me the services that were being completed and even the wear on my brake pads to so how close to worn they were. When I picked up my car it was completed with excellent attention to detail. And when the bill arrived I even found multiple was to pay so it didn't hurt my budget. I was preparing for a road trip from San Diego to Albuquerque and after arriving I wrote this review incase I needed to have some words. I'm happy to report the trip was flawless.
