Liz was fantastic.

Liz was fantastic. The communication between body shop managers Was horrific. I picked up my car it was not safe to drive. complete break down in most everything. My car went in January 10th. It’s still there.

Saw a car priced way under market, sold as is, no

Saw a car priced way under market, sold as is, no guarantee. Wanted to speak with somebody before taking a test drive (coming from the West side of the state) due to one of the pictures showing the check engine light on. They were unwilling to discuss the car until I came for a test drive.

Bait and switch!

Bait and switch! Spoke to a salesman Hasina and told him what we were looking for with a budget of $35k. He sent me the vehicle we were looking for with a sticker sale price of $36K. I thought ok that’s in range even after adding tax. After about two hours of time jumping through all the hoops to purchase he sent me a OTD price of $44k, starting with a sales price of $38k and about $3800 worth of accessories that he couldn’t tell me what they even were. Wasted 2 hours of our time.
