1 month Ago A girl ran A red light and totaled my terran!! A week later I arranged to purchase A 2021 Subaru outback! with 5500 miles I was very happy!! But it was downhill from there 1. The person they sent to pick me up at the car rental was not informed I would be waiting out front 45 minutes A rental person asked what I was waiting for so I told him He said there was A person sitting in A reg Not glassman car for 45 minutes strike one. when I got there and signed the paperwork I once again informed them I was A tec stupid!! BUT!! they had no one who would show me how the bells and whistles work!! strike 2, The next morning I went to start the car and It would not start! I called and 1 1/2 hours A nice person jumped it and I followed them back to glassman where after 2 hours they explained how the Battery was too small strike 3. When I got home I put by battery jumper (halo) in the spare tire storage where I had A jack and other equipment BUT!!! NO!! SPARE!! TIRE Red flags are waving ALL over the place!! I also tried to open the hood BUT I could not find the hood release! So I pulled up on the (P) thinking it might be under there and once again the car would not work. The next day (it was working now) I went into the store and when I tried to start it the steering wheel was stuck and it would not turn or start!! THEN it said main't inspection after only 2 weeks AND NOW nit says needs oil filter! THI AUTO WAS SOLD AS CERTIFED PRE OWNED!! I think the Maneger of the Mechanics needs to check for wackey tabackie But now to be honest I am sorta scared to drive it as I still don't know how to use it and am A little afraid I Might get stuck somewhere again!! AND I don't want to take it to the Glassman Mechanics as 1. I am not confident ibn them! Ireally think the Certifer took one look at it and said looks good! OH only has 5000 miles what could go wrong? And if they read this and my yelp review They might REALLY SCREW Up the car!! I think when I get an Attorney for my accident I will ask him or her to look up Leamon laws!! SO it is my Opinion!! Bewar4e of GLASSMAN AUTO GROUP God Bless and Good luck! If you go there you will need it!!

My credit card company prs approved me for $57000 - but

My credit card company prs approved me for $57000 - but only for cars newer than 2012 and less than 120000 miles. The car I wanted did not meet those requirements - so I tried to finance through the dealer. Best they could do was 24 month loan with monthly payment of $757. This was for a loan of 10,000 after a $2000 down payment. What a ripoff. The car sold to someone else a couple of days later but they had the nerve to call me and ask if I was still looking. Only looking for rich customers .

They are amazing!

They are amazing!!! They were very friendly and what i loved most of all...they didn't charge me to just look at my car when they found nothing wrong. In this day and age when there's a charge for everything this was greatly appreciated 🙂

Fantastic purchase experience.

Service only review: 4.5. Minus half a star for: expensive $$$ and higher cost (for an oil change and tire rotation and cabin filter change) *compared to the estimate I obtained the week before from the service department there*. I was told the person who gave the initial estimate was "new." They were able to knock down the total price some when I complained and tried to hold them to their estimate: they took off the anti-microbial cabin air filter spray (which I appreciated). They were prompt and on schedule for my scheduled oil change. Customer service was good and professional. They thoroughly evaluated my car (multi point inspection), and found one more thing that genuinely needed maintenance, which I appreciate. Overall a positive experience, and I would use them again for service, even with the hour drive there and higher anticipated cost compared to non dealer oil changes. Waiting room was clean and someone came through to maintain it a few times while I was waiting there.
