Bought a Gladiator great job Patrick the manager sold one and had to find us one and did the very next day!!! My wife was so excited!

We had been searching for a Jeep Wrangler for our son (in college) for several months but hadn't had any luck. I happened to search Momentum CDJR of Sealy's website and found a 2018 Jeep Wrangler JK to our liking. Once I completed the inquiry, Stephen Ruiz contacted me explaining the Jeep was actually at a sister-store in Houston. We live 30 miles from Sealy, not to mention another 60 miles to the other dealership location. I was disappointed, but to my surprise, Stephen said he would be happy to go get it, if we were interested in it. Absolutely! My husband and I met Stephen at the dealership late afternoon for our test drive. You can tell Stephen has been in the business a while. There was never any pressure, answered all of our questions, and actually left us alone when we were studying the vehicle and Face Timed our son. By 7:30 PM, we were back at home with our Jeep; the paperwork process was so smooth! Stephen even touched base with us the following day, to make sure all was well, and to make sure we didn't have any additional questions. The level of professionalism and the friendliness of the staff was excellent. I highly recommend this location ... and go see Stephen for a vehicle!

Slow at processing sales contract and finalizing

Slow at processing sales contract and finalizing paperwork for pickup. Sales staff friendly and helpful and no pressure at all. Also slightly upset with the add-on features that I did not want but could not undo. Namely the PharmaPlate spill coverage and the anti-theft package. IT was not explained very well either. Not sure if this is an AutoTrader issue, but truck was listed as having 11 miles when in reality it had 5300 miles and was a demo. The 5300 miles does count toward the 36,00 mile warranty.

Since my review, Momentum did accommodate me on a couple items. A second key fob was shipped to me and they programmed it at no charge. Also they supplied a new trailer hitch at that time. So all good now. Perhaps the excessive time required to process the initial sale was that it was mostly after hours. However the second time we went in to sign paperwork and pick up car, seems like things should have been ready to go.

Thank you to Stephen Ruiz he was very helpful and knowledgeable. We weren’t aware that they closed at 4 and we where there at 4:15. When we came in someone else help us out on seeing the car that we where interested in which was the Grand Cherokee. You could tell that he wasn’t very interested in selling us the car. We where transferred over to Stephen who did a great job. He was very patient with us and all our questions where answered. He stayed with us thru the whole process of purchasing the vehicle and even after hours of them being closed he still stayed and made sure with us that everything was good with the car and just in case we had more questions.
