SOLD ME A LEMON
My experience was horrible. I was sold a lemon and they should not be in service. Customer service reps Ashley and Tiffany were very rude. Kept transferring me it was ridiculous. Please stay away I'm getting a lawyer to sue them because they can't continue to do people like this half the reviews stated they were sold lemons or the car broke down a month later. People work to hard for the money for something like this to happen.

They sell cars that have been in floods
On December 26th 2922 Benji Auto Sales sold us a car that had been in a flood. We had to pay a mandatory charge for their mechanic fee for inspecting the car to make sure there were no issues which was all a scam. There is no way their mechanic inspected this car and not known that it was under water at some point We tried to drive the car home after purchasing when the turning signals and brake lights stopped working. Dash lights all lit up. Went right to a mechanic thinking it was a blown fuse. He told us we were scammed and this car had been under water and we should immediately return it. We took the car back. they voided the registration transfer and signed a paper that they had possession of the car with a promise of a refund. Now will not refund our money. We didn’t even have the car two hours! Call and they hang up on you. This car has serious life safety issues and is not legal to drive They knew the car would be driven by our daughter to school and didn’t care. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE UNSCRUPULOUS CROOKS WHO BUY FLOODED VEHICLES AND RESELL. by the way. the car fax report they showed us was excellent! the car showed no cosmetic signs inside or out that it had been in a flood. Only a mechanic would be able to tell. I wouldn’t give them one star. The owners and management should face legal charges for their deception in selling dangerous cars to the public

Bad business
In August, I was sold a trade a day after it came in. They cleaned it up and so called took it to a mechanic for inspection. In November, major problems of about 6k were revealed leaving me without a vehicle and a loan. This company did nothing to help but run my credit again and told me I would have to or 4k down to get into another vehicle. Save yourself the trouble and pass them by because they do bad business.
