This is one of the most worst experiences that ive ever had with a dealarship don't ever go here! I bought my first car from here 80,000 miles 2018 nissan and it was perfectly fine till we brought it home then the AC stopped working, took them forever to fix it, then my car started smoking once I got it back and it wouldn't drive, I had to pay myself to get it towed there and they had my car for 2 months and i still had to pay for it whole they were supposedly fixing it mind you they said they would send me a check for the $$ owed (I never got it)! When I finally got my car back after 2 months It cam eback with a big DENT AND SCRATCH in the back of the car no apolgies or rembursment for that either, and last but not least David committed insurance fruad under our name and had me driving wihtout being covered!!

This place is a fraud.
This place is a fraud. IF I COULD GIVE 0 STAR I WOULD. I was sold an EV Car that can only charge to 68 miles. Lied too for weeks about repair then replacement all while having me spend money on registration and insurance on a car still sitting on there lot. Now they are going to report it on my credit as a charge off staing i did not make the 1st payment when I was told buy THEIR employee not to make payment as they was supposed to be going to trade the car in to the bank as soon as a new replacement was found. All lies. They are unresponsive through all levels of service here, from lead person to sales to the manager to the owner. They do not value customer service. I will make it my lifes mission to bring awareness to the poor business practices of this place.

Avoid This Place - Hidden Fees and Unethical Practices Last year, I visited Benji Auto because their prices seemed reasonable, and I wanted to check out a car I was interested in. Everything seemed fine at first, but after finalizing the purchase, I discovered numerous hidden fees that were never explained to me. These added up to nearly $5,000 extra, which I hadn’t expected at all. To make matters worse, they used my personal information to apply for multiple loans without my permission, which seriously hurt my credit score due to the excessive inquiries. I was completely disappointed—I thought I was getting a good deal, but in reality, I ended up paying way more than I would have at another dealership. Stay away from this place if you value your time, money, and credit score.

Scammers, don’t buy into their monopoly prize, because that’s a total scam. They tell you that you have won a prize, and when you get there, they give you nothing!

SCAM. DONT GO HERE PLEASE
STAY AWAY THEY ARE A SCAM. If the price of the car ends in “3” it isn’t real, they don’t have it. Read the 1 star google reviews, also take it from me who just walked out of there for the same reason. I asked them prior to the appointment if the car was available and they said yes only for me to get there and they say it is unavailable with no explanation. Horrible customer service as well, the girl was on her phone the entire time and couldn’t even answer my questions. Find out later she filled out an application for me for another car I asked about and I get 3 hard inquiries on my credit. Save yourself the frustration and never go here, they do not deserve your money.

Never again
Doesn’t return calls. They direct you to a person with full voicemail. Traded in 2 cars months ago and both have yet to be paid off which is costing me over $2,000

BEWARE - This company will not pay off your trade.
BEWARE !!!! I purchased a car over a month ago, trading in my existing car. To date, they have still not paid off the loan on my trade in. I have tried numerous times to reach someone to discuss this matter and it would seem that their employees are directed to divert these calls to a vmail that is full and not receiving messages. Florida law requires them to pay off loans within 10 days. I am being forced to obtain an attorney to resolve this matter. Perhaps they will respond to that course of action.

Don't buy from here- misleading.
There was a ridiculous amount of pressure to buy a vehicle. The car was overpriced. The carfax looked clean, we were told maintenance was kept up on- but that was only because the rental places they get their vehicles from don't report anything, everything is done in-house. I was told by a Toyota dealership that some important stuff that can only be done at Toyota dealerships were not done at any of their dealerships. This is all "in my opinion" of course...

Avoid, very bad
Terrible dealership. Awful service with deceptive practices and pricing. I expected very little and was shocked that it could be so much worse than i expected. I would enccourage you to avoid this place as it is a very poorly run business with not nice people.

Better hope your car is in perfect condition
I want to start off by saying my salesman, Gary, is an angel and in no way involved in my bad review. Unfortunately for Benji, Gary doesn’t own or run this business, otherwise it would have 5 stars from me. First and foremost, the woman answering the phones most of the time, has the worst attitude towards anyone that would have the audacity to call her place of employment. Secondly, I purchased a vehicle essentially online because I had no vehicle thanks to the hurricane, and no way of getting to the dealership as it was an hour from me (without traffic). My vehicle was even delivered to me (again, thank you, Gary!) however, it seemed something was wrong with the front passenger tire and/or rods and I was told that was a safety issue and needed to be dealt with asap. No problem! I also came to realize my rear camera didn’t work as well as my touch screen was glitchy. Initially, I was to take it to benji, but the mechanics were hardly there, so I was told I can take it to my mechanic to fix the tire issue (and only the tire issue), so I did just that. Since I took my vehicle to the mechanic and got a quote for the tire repair, I haven’t heard a peep nor can I get ahold of any management at that establishment. I explicitly stated I wanted a managers approval before I swipe MY debit card and wait for a reimbursement check. I’ve been screwed over enough to know you don’t make too quick of moves like that. So, now, I’m still driving around on a busted control arm ball joint and the managers don’t give a single xxxx. If my issue is taken care of, I will delete my reviews. If not, they will stay up and I will take this further.
