Overall, I will not take my truck anywhere else! Any question I have they answer it no problem if I don?t understand you?re going to further explanation until I do comprehend! Everybody is genuinely so kind and eager to assist! Overall, I?d have to say the bathrooms were my least favorable experience ha ha, but who?s genuinely looking at the bathrooms I?m trying to purchase a car? Thank you, Toyota of Kent for making purchasing car and maintaining a car so painless

We had stopped in earlier in the week to discuss purchasing a new grand Highlander hybrid. The salesperson stayed in touch throughout the week and by Friday they surprised us with a car we could drive home that night! We thought we would be waiting weeks before getting the car we wanted.

Very pleased with the courteous an efficient service. The service advisor alerted me to review my email for possible savings reward an I was able to save $10. She also checked vehicle service record and found tire installation service record that entitled me to free tirebrotation: really appreciated her effort in saving me money on this maintenance service.

I test drove a Sienna in late January, but wasn't ready

I test drove a Sienna in late January, but wasn't ready to make a purchase then. Ryan was patient with me while I was working through some things and deciding how I wanted to proceed. Once I was ready to buy, I walked in at 5:15 and drove off the lot with my Sienna at before 7:00. As pain free as buying a new car could be!
