I had an exceptional experience at CMA Honda of Winchester! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and a genuine eagerness to assist me. Big shout out to Mike Lindamood. He was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to listen to my needs, answering all of my questions without any pressure. He made sure I understood every step of the process and went above and beyond to find the perfect vehicle that fit my lifestyle and budget. The level of care and attention I received made me feel like a valued customer, not just a sale. The finance manager came out and introduced himself and had everything ready. I felt there was no time wasted, and I left the dealership feeling confident and happy with my purchase. I highly recommend CMA Honda of Winchester for anyone looking for not only great cars but also outstanding customer service!

From the initial phone with the service department for a

From the initial phone with the service department for a diagnostic appointment on a check engine dash light, to the phone call explaining the problem, to the fix and having the car back to us in less than 24 hours was very impressive. Manny and Harold took care of my college student as if their own. I am super pleased with the service and timeliness they provided to our family.

Stephen Fox, our sales consultant, made the whole buying experience a pleasure. The atmosphere is inviting and welcoming. They are respectful and honest. I would 100% recommend going here to get a vehicle, whether you want new or used.

I signed the papers on a deal to buy out the lease on our

I signed the papers on a deal to buy out the lease on our car. When the gentleman came to get my check for the loan close out, the price went up $1200! This place will never get my business again!

Jason (New Car Sales - CMA's Honda of Winchester) walked

Jason (New Car Sales - CMA's Honda of Winchester) walked over to a separate Used Car lot tonight, nearing close-of-business for the day, and met with myself and another family member to look over and discuss a used vehicle that we admittedly weren't going to be able to try and close on until the following morning. He even went back and grabbed the keys for a late test-drive, and after returning to the lot, offered to stay longer still if we had any additional questions to address - and not just in the "I'm only offering to stay as a courtesy"-way either...He's passionate about cars and that passion shines through in his conversation - he might still be a young salesman, but he definitely made us feel at ease w/ his authenticity. Thanks again, Jason - glad to have met you tonight, and all the best to you in your career!

My first time ever buying from a dealership and Nicholas;

My first time ever buying from a dealership and Nicholas; David and the staff there made it very easy and enjoyable. I didn't feel pushed. I bought a 2020 Passport and I absolutely love it. Highly recommended this dealership:)
