CMA's Honda of Winchester

Wouldn't even appraise my vehicle. Said I had too many miles. Pathetic. I don't recommend here. Go somewhere else to buy a vehicle.

I would highly recommend Miller Honda. My first time buying a vehicle here. Aaron Craige was great to work with. He worked with me to get a very nice vehicle within my budget. As my friend & I parked our car in our initial visit to the dealership, Axel, Miller Honda salesman, greeted us in a very friendly manner and was very welcoming. We sat down and mentioned our desires in getting either a CR-V or an HR-V. My friend was the purchaser. My friend decided on a HR-V and Axel allowed us to test drive one just to get the feel of the vehicle as he researched the inventory to find a color combination (exterior/interior) that my friend would be happy with. Axel mentioned to my friend that if she would consider a color combination different than her original intention, he would negotiate the best deal we could get. I intuitively believed him on this. Axel worked with us to negotiate a deal without any 'back & forth' and my friend found the HR-V that she was very happy with. Axel was very professional and courteous in working with us, which I found so refreshing for a auto salesman to do. Then, once we agreed to a price, Axel turned us over to JoJo, the F & I professional. JoJo was very courteous, professional and not demanding at all as he pitched to us the additional protection that was available for purchase. I would high;y recommend Honda Motors and these two professionals for their service in accommodating my friend's desires in purchasing a new vehicle.

My wife and I have purchased 3 vehicles now from the pre-owned lot. Each time we have had a pleasant experience with the sales staff. This last time we worked with Sales Consultant Stephen Fox who I would recommend.

My second purchase with Miller Honda and Jeremy Shifflett ..... there are not enough good words to say!!!!! I am a customer for life! Jo Jo is wonderful! And Jeremy Shifflett- YOU ROCK!

Shea Hockensmith is the man you want to see when you're ready for your next vehicle. He is by far the nicest and most honest salesman i ever had the pleasure of doing business with. No hassle, no pressure no hagel. He explained the whole buying process ( price, fees, services etc) to us, that it made us feel at ease to buy our Honda Accord, from him. Jeremy was so helpful walking us through the process and handling fair negotiations to purchase our Odyssey. The car was beautifully cleaned & inspected so we knew the dealership knew what they were selling and fixed anything that needed to be worked on. The complimentary tank of gas and lifetime inspections were the icing on the cake. We were in and out without financing in 1 hour!

It is very pleasant to go into a car dealership and not be pressured. Jeremy was very knowledgeable about the vehicles on the lot and listened to what we were looking for. He answered our questions clearly and helped with our trade in. Jeremy also explained various payment options as well as the lifetime Wrap service contract that we did purchase on both vehicles. He made the car buying process easy. We would definitely recommend purchasing a car from Miller Honda.

Went in looking for a specific car. Jeremy Shifflett (sales) was very friendly and did not try to upsell me into something that I didn't ask for, and answered all of my questions about the vehicle. He showed me estimated payments before agreeing to purchase. He took me over to finance where I met Jojo (finance) who managed to get me an even better rate than the original estimate. He also answered my questions about the extended warranty and financing options. An overall pleasant experience and I would highly recommend them.
