The definition of working with Keith is "no muss no fuss"...

The definition of working with Keith is "no muss no fuss" He listens to what you want, doesn't make you feel stupid, treats you as a partner, and gets you what you need. He is very calm, answered all of our questions--we really enjoyed working with him and would recommend him to anyone. Made the whole process a lot more palatable than usual!

Mr. Wiersema is an "exceptional" Service Consultant. He is honest, trustworthy, a person of his word and has integrity above reproach. Working with Mr. Wiersema, I always know what to expect with what needes to be done on behalf of my car(s) and the cost, as well. Timeliness and excellence of work is very much appreciated. Mr. Wiersema is always on-target with cost - usually below his estimate. Because of Mr. Wiersema, is why my wife and I will always come to Miller Honda for both work on our cars as well as buying new cars.

This was my first purchase through Miller Honda. I was in the market for a four wheel drive SUV, the CRV to be exact. I had the pleasure of working with Keith Spaid, who was very knowledgeable about this vehicle, as well as, very patient and polite. He took the time to explain the vehicle inside and out and made my first buying experience very easy, with no pressure, and no stress. He was able to answer any questions I had for him and if he was unable to, he knew who I could talk to. Keith is by far the most helpful salesperson I have met. I like my new SUV and would recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a new vehicle!

Had a simple problem and Mr. Schneider was very helpful...

Had a simple problem and Mr. Schneider was very helpful and courteous during my time there. We have purchased vehicle here before and had them serviced here. I would go back without hesitation. Mr. Schneider took care of my CRV as soon as I walked in and due to his help I was only there for 15 minutes.

This is my fourth purchase from Miller Honda, the sales people have a great attitude, very friendly, and esy to work with, visit Miller Honda-Crosspoint and ask for Chris. It is a very nice dealership, clean waiting area, hot coffee(FREE), fast service, friendly staff.What more could you ask for?

Theresa was very nice and informative about the car. She...

Theresa was very nice and informative about the car. She helped us work out a good deal with the car and the trade in on my car. The sales manager came in and thanked us for purchasing the car and the lady that did the credit paper work was extremely nice also. Over all we felt we were given a great deal and I will tell more people about Miller Honda. Thanks to Theresa for also calling back a few weeks later to check on me and to see if I was still happy with the car or had any questions.

We walked into the Miller auto group for repairs on an older VW Jetta and ventured over to the new car lot. Keith Spaid came out and introduced us to the Honda Pilot. We were looking for a 4wd suv that seated at least 7. Keith knew this vehicle inside and out, he went over every feature and extra easily and very understandable terms. We had not even considered a Honda, we had been to every automaker GMC, chevy, ford,you name it. The experience at Millers was by far the best. 100% satisfied

We were put in touch with Miller Honda through a friend...

We were put in touch with Miller Honda through a friend of our family. From the first contact with the dealership, we knew that we were in great hands. They found us the exact car we wanted, called in advance to make sure they had as much paperwork complete as possible when we got there, and walked us through the entire buying process. We had the pleasure of working with Keith Spaid, who was the nicest and most patient sales person I have ever met. He took the time to explain each and every step of the process to make sure we were 100% comfortable with our purchase. There was no haggling, no pressure, and no stress involved in our experience. We left the dealership with a new car (which we LOVE) and not an ounce of worry over whether we made the right choice or got the best deal. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a new car!

Keith was EXECELLENT to work with. I have been a Millers Jeep customer since 1996, and wanted to move into a mid-size crossover. I visited a lot of other dealerships but found myself going back to the Miller's family. I wanted to try something other that a Jeep, so purchased a Honda CRV EXL. I love it!!! I would absolutely tell everyone to go to Millers Honda and ask for Keith. He explained everything in detail and answered all my questions. I hope my Honda lasts me a long time, but I for sure will be back with my next purchase!!!

Wayne Barr was without a doubt the best auto sales rep...

Wayne Barr was without a doubt the best auto sales rep I've ever had the pleasure of working with on a new car sale. (And I'm 66 years of age, no "auto purchase virgin"by any means. Well educated on his products, the dealership and the processes of trade-in, registration, and licensing in Virginia. Works hard, but without being overly aggressive. Allowed us to test drive three vehicles before we purchased a Honda CRV. Was willing to stay after hours,and, in fact did so without complaint. Responded to every question and comment we had and worked with us in fairness on price and trade-in value. When it is time for another new Honda, we'll return to Miller Auto Sales and to Wayne Barr!
