We have been dealing with this dealership since 2008 and purchased 4 vehicles from them and take them in on a regular basis. We have always been very satisfied with the new car and used car sales department and the service department is awesome! Everyone there is always very helpful, polite, and honest. I know them all by name and they always remember me. Amy and Bobby are the ones I typically deal with and they are awesome, John, Jeff, Harold, and Rob are also very professional and very helpful. I actually came home from my last apt last Saturday and told my husband that I love taking my car in for service just because everyone there is always happy and very helpful. My first visit to Miller Honda was about 3 months before my purchase. I wanted to take a look and test drive the 2016 Pilot and was greeted by Philip Breeden who checked me out on most of the new features of the 2016 and arranged a test drive to get the feel of the new Pilot. I had previously viewed and test drove a 2015 Toyota Highlander, the chief competitor of the Pilot, to compare the two vehicles. Philip spent considerable time with me explaining the features of the Pilot, even though he knew I wasn't interested in the model Pilot that were available on the lot at the time. This impressed me since he knew I wasn't going to purchase the model we examined. I was also impressed with his thoroughness and respectful attitude toward someone who wasn't going to purchase immediately. When I decided to order the Pilot, he and the personnel at Miller were all helpful to getting the exact model, color, interior, and options that I wanted. Kudos to all.

I bought a new CR-V from Laurie after researching and dealing with about 6 other dealerships, Honda and otherwise. Laurie was so welcoming, helpful, attentive, knowledgable, and PATIENT with me as my father and I had many many questions. She really made my first new car buying experience stress-free and easy! I will definitely recommend her to anybody looking for a new Honda! Scott from finance was also incredibly helpful and knowledgable. Everybody at the dealership was so friendly and accommodating. I brought in my CRV for three recalls. My appointment was 11:00AM. I got a loaner and before I finished my errands, the car was ready! Everyone was helpful and pleasant from the beginning to the end. So, yea, I'll be back!??????????
