Heather was very professional, buying process went smoothly. It is taking awhile to figure out all the gadgets, somehow ran over a drywall screw had a flat on the left back tire.

DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM THEM!!!
I bought a car on June 12th. Paid the car off, got the rims powdercoated, got it tinted darker, and was loving it. July 13th the transmission starts acting up. 1 month later. I have a warranty on my Durango that is good for 3 years and for most all damages. I call Bob Brady to confirm that it is OK for me to take my car to Pilsons since it is closer. They say "Yes, your warranty can be used almost anywhere." I called Pilsons to verify and they said that they could get my car in on Wednesday. Super quick and convenient! We get it in, they get me a rental, and they start working on my car. They call, LIKE A PLACE WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE DOES, and say that I need a new tranny. Ok, so they put in an order. They say it will be here in a couple days. Ok, no problem! Then Pilsons calls... "Hey, so, the warranty company said that Bob Brady is going to do the work and they want to put your Durango on a trailer and take it to Decatur." Um what? I call Bob Brady and they claim they never said that. They say they will check on a few things and call me back. A WEEK after Pilsons having my car on a lift, with the transmission out, they finally call me back. Pilsons even tried calling Bob Brady to see what was going on but they could not reach anyone either. Like stated, no calls or updates from Bob Brady for an entire week. When they do finally call, they say they are in fact going to pay Pilsons for their work, pay to have my vehicle put on a trailer and sent to Decatur, and then going to fix it there. I am a week without a car at this point. Then 7/22 Bob Brady picks up the vehicle from Pilsons which is where it has been ever since. They have it a week and I am like ok? No call? No update? Pilsons called and/or texted me every single day with updates. They already had the transmission on the way and being put in that next week. I would have been in my car with a NEW transmission the week of 7/20 but they were held up by Bob Bradys bullcrap. Moving on.. Bob Brady said they ordered the tranny. They get the tranny and it does not work. Needs a new valve body apparently. This goes on from 7/22 until about two weeks ago. They then say that my car also needed new lines put in. No idea what that means but ok, whatever. Here is what really made me mad. They say we will have your car done by Friday. That would have been 8/7. Thursday rolls around and no call, no update. Shocker! I call and they said oh, we put the tranny in and it did not work, sorry. It will be done Monday! Monday rolls around. I call and leave a voicemail and no call back. I call Tuesday and same thing. I try again Wednesday and they finally answer! “Your tranny needs a new valve body. We have one ordered. I will have you rolling Friday” (8/14). Friday they call me. Is this real life? I got a call from THEM? I answer and they say “We could not get the part in on time. It will be Monday” (8/17). Monday, you guessed it – no call, no update. Tuesday, I call and leave a voicemail, no call back. Today I call and got hung up on twice. They said they were putting me on hold? I call again because I am pissed at this point. I get a call back! They said “The valve body from your old transmission did not work and neither did the new one we just got so I ordered a 2nd one today. Should be here in a couple days.” I have been patient, kind, and very understanding but I lost it. 1. Why are you putting broken parts in my xxxx car? 2. Why did you not just let Pilsons fix it weeks ago. Sounds like the customer service thing to do. 3. Why is it taking a MONTH to get me into my car when it took me less than an hour for you to take my money when I bought it. I have been in two separate loaner cars since July 14th. First one was a SUV from enterprise and now it is a car from Bob Brady. I bought a SUV and traded my car in for a reason but yet a car is all they could put me in. I am livid and I believe I have every right to be. I have left a SECOND voicemail with the owner and no call back.

Excellent service, quick and to the point. Bob Peoples was patient and did not push anything on us, he patiently waited while we asked questions and test drove what we were interested in. Bob was very friendly and listened to our needs. One of the best experiences purchasing a car that we have ever had!

2019 Ram for mirror repair.
Service department rep was very nice. My concern is the length of repair for a mirror replacement and no contact after they said they would contact me every 2 hours for an update on repair. I get business get tied up but some form of update would have been nice.

Awful customer service
Rude and did not care to help out. All wanted was me to come in and I do t have time to sit there for hours. Thought knew my family and situation better than me. Very disappointed. Won’t go there ever again.
