Just for reference to higher-up staff: we had a HORRIBLE experience with Stacy. She not only liked to us but made it a horrible experience to bring back our recently purchased brand new Chrysler. I hope someone changes staff out there after what we had to go through: false information, wasted time, and hatefulness.

Drove 1.5 hour to come in after being told by Tiffany the bank had approved us. We got there and was told that since it was my husband who was also approve for the loan making the money and not me we couldn’t get approve. Waste of my time, gas, and energy. Will not go there again.
