This is the second time that my family has purchased a Hyundai from Bob Brady Auto Mall. The staff is experienced, knowledgeable and we have had excellent customer service both times. Our sales person, Jeremy White was able to answer the questions that we had and helped us find a car that we are happy with. He is professional, personable and took the time to make sure we were pleased with our decision without being pushy. It is obvious he has a commitment to customers in making sure they receive wonderful customer service.

Our Salesperson was Sara Moody. She went out of her way to help us to get a car. When we said we couldn't do that, she went back and did what she can do. I never seen anybody that will help you the way she help us. She even stay over and made sure we got the car. I am very happy with my new car and I would not have gotten it, if it wasn't for Sara. My sales associate Jeremy White knew more about my Hyundai new vehicle purchase than the Hyundai blue link operator was able to provide. This was impressive and showed his commitment to the brand and knowledge of the vehicles he is selling. He took the time to stay late and finish the sale with me and walk me through all the new technology on my vehicle to make sure I was comfortable in my new purchase. Jeremy's commitment to customer service was impeccable and I would buy another vehicle from him again.

Sara Moody was my sales person. She was persistent and committed to helping me drive off in a vehicle I can be Happy with. Everything her finance manager said No or that it was my last option....at my request Sara would go back and keep pushing even when she was certain that there were No more options. Way to go Sara for making a hard to please person as pleased and satisfied as possible.

We were very impressed with how Bob Brady Auto Mall did their business. I could not comment enough how their sales person presented herself to us while also dealing with other customers. She worked with us as just a special persons as others. She was very very polite at all times and that is really good for the time it takes to sell a car to people. Overall we would rate this company and employees an excellent job.

I started on line Friday night after my engine went up in smokes,looking for a lender. I picked a random site,and the only ones that came up as a Dealer with no money down,limited credit and a range of what I wan to pay a month was Bob Brady. The same night I had received a email from Amanda, by Saturday I was asked to email all the items I need for a loan,Sat afternoon was approved, Monday at 740am a driver picked me up, min you I am 86 + miles from them and told me,reassured I would be driving home. Arrival before 9 and then as offered free Latte a the indoor cafe,what car dealer has a cafe inside. Got a great sandwich and latte, by the time I did that it was time to pick a car and by 12ish I was driving back to Peoria,il. Kayla ,as great an I thank her............

My fiance and I were in a difficult situation with his 2004 Ford Escape and found it was unsafe to drive topped off with he was upside down in the loan. On a chance we went out to Bob Brady to see what kind of options were available. Chantell Hilton was amazing. We explained the situation and without hesitation she got straight to work. Even though it was a very busy Saturday evening and she had other guests she made us feel just as important as her other guests. We were there only a few hours and drove home with a 2015 Jeep Patriot and tickets to Macon Speedway for the races and to see Bob Brady's Raminator.
