The best dealership in Decatur, IL

I have bought two new cars from Kayla at Bob Brady Dodge, each time she has worked very hard to get me in the car I wanted. Kayla and her staff put every effort to help you with your purchase and provides many options on your budget. The whole staff is very friendly and polite to you. I will not go to any other dealership when I purchase a vehicle.

Treated with most respect

Chantell was wonderful. Went in with questions and she treated me with all the respect in the world. She got me out of my car and helped me out a ton. I would recommend her and Brady Auto Mall to all my friends and family. I never would have thought of going from an 04 Ford Escape to a band new Jeep Patriot especially if I was not planning on buying at all. Thanks Chantell Middleton for helping me out. I will recommend you aBoB Brady Auto Mall to everyone that I know looking for a vehicle.

Absolutely The Best Customer Service in Illinois!

There aren't enough words to explain the sincere effort the men and women of Bob Brady Auto Mall in Decatur put forth to make vehicle purchasing an enjoyable experience for every customer but they deserve me to try. They are dedicated in finding customers great new and used vehicles at "affordable price tags", especially Cynthia Thomas who took the stress out of the process with her unbelievable customer service and sales expertise!!! She helped me purchase a 2013 Dodge Charger and she made it the best experience I've had with a dealership thus far. From excellent credit to no credit at all Cynthia would be the one to put your trust in to drive off in a vehicle that will make you and your family happy when it's all said and done. She even invited me to attend their "free" demolition event today where I saw a huge dodge ram monster truck take out three vehicles while enjoying the "free" barbecue and beverages served by Bob Brady Auto Mall staff. It was a family friendly event that I feel they should continue so we can attend next year!!! Special thanks to Angie and Mark as well for their professionalism and great customer service. Now stop reading and go see Cynthia, you'll be glad you did!!!

From Shelbyville

This is the 3rd time we have purchased a vehicle from Chantelle, and although our credit is far from perfect, she never makes us feel inadequate. Car buying is generally an unpleasant experience for us for credit reasons, she always makes it a terrific experience. She is recommended by us. If she ever leaves Bob Brady so will we!!! She ROCKS!! He was kind and professional. I really appreciated being able to do most of my communication through e-mail, as well as all of the time he took to answer my questions.

Wow! A enjoyable car purchase??? Yes!!!

Well, I have very questionable credit, not to mention I was upside down on my trade in. Plus, I was very persistent. on the truck I wanted. Chris Bogle made sure not only did I get what I wanted but, made sure I got a good deal. Chris and the Brady team made my car buying experience quick, pleasurable, and recommendable. I know without a doubt Bob Brady Dodge will be the next place I go to purchase my next vehicle again. great service

Lamont Wilder at the Decatur Illinois facility gave me excellent service. I was not buying a brand new car, I was purchasing a used car (2004 grand prix) for my daughters first car. He treated us like we were buying a new car. I believe he loves his job because he is very good and patient with people.

Great Deal Great Service!!

The service is a above all the rest!! We have bought several cars in our time and have experienced many bad experiences. Everyone on the staff that you run into whether it be a person handling your deal or just another sales person or finance person walking by everyone is so friendly and attentive to your needs while you are at the dealership. They go above and beyond to make a great deal happen. They listen to your wants and needs and make it happen.
