Our salesman was AWESOME........ While our buying experience was great, being able to get our plate was awful. Our paper plate expired by 3 days, when I called to inquire the title department acted like it was no big deal. A guy from Oxmoor met us at our local branch was 20 minutes late and caused even more delays. I wouldn't let the license plate hold me back from going there again, but it wasn't the easiest for the buyer.

I really enjoyed the car-buying experience at Oxmoor. The sales staff were friendly and personable and I didn't feel pressured to buy any thing and Eric was very easy to work with.
