I was interested in a particular car found online from out of state. This dealership was more than accommodating and helpful. Upon arrival at the air port Cary was already at the airport to pick me up. We headed straight to the dealership and he had the vehicle I had selected waiting and ready for me out front. They finished my paper work while Cary and I went over the vehicle and did our test drive. I was out of there and back on the road within 2 hours.

They did a great job at getting the price down to where we could afford it. They never gave up until they knew we were satisfied.

Greg met all of our needs and was very patient with us. Him and Bridgette went above and beyond to meet our monthly payment budget. Bridgette even made it a point to chase me down and give me a hug before I left. All of the employees that we came in contact with was very pleasant. My husband had only bought his cars from Bob Montgomery since he was 16 years old so it was a very nice surprise to see his son Bobby working there. It was confirmation that we were at the right place. My husband will be needing a new vehicle soon and Greg will be the first person I call!

Great service except credit department. I have good credit and give me a higher interest.the only good was the good experience with the sales man.

No pressure in making the sale. We were able to take test drive with Seth. He showed us features about our new ruby! There was no hovering while we were discussing us making the purchase. The lot was busy today but we were never forgotten. Would recommend Seth and Oxmoor Jeep to our Jeep friends!
