Best Service

Well I cannot even describe the excellent service I received. Greg Warren was honest and helpful. He let me know the ups and downs as he worked for me. The overall is I would come back to them again for my next car or SUV. Again thanks to all who helped. Wenola Scott.

Trusted Dealership

The service that I received from the team at the Tempe dealership could be summed up in two words "trust" and "confidence". Not only did I receive quality service from Greg Warren the Special Finance Mgr prior to and during my visit, but also from Carl Brown my Salesperson who took the time to find the perfect vehicle for my needs. The results was that I put my wants/needs in their hands, and came away confident that I couldn't have gotten this kind of service anywhere else. Great job!

First new car purchase

Our experience at this dealership was very good. The staff were friendly and helpful. We were first time car buyers and the process went very smoothly thanks to David Wetzel in the financing department. We love our new Jeep and look forward to doing business with Tempe Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in the future.

Used Vehicle Purchase

I bought a Used Vehicle from the dealership, they said it passed all safety test and everything. So I went ahead and purchase the vehicle. Everything went really smoothly there. When I drove off the lot and I started heading my way home the air-conditioner started going out. Then also the back up camera was not working at all. I immediately called the dealership told him what was going on they told me to bring it in on Monday for service. I brought the vehicle in and they said that they will have it fixed and everything. It has now been a week and a half and I have yet to hear from the dealership I have called multiple times and my calls have not been return. I still have no idea what is going on with my vehicle. I am very upset with their customer service. I would never buy another vehicle from this dealership again and wouldn't recommend this dealership to anyone.

Greg warren is the best!

My first experience with this dealership didn't go so well but then I got Greg warren as my salesman and everything was smooth sailing and perfect. If anyone goes to this dealership good/bad credit ask for him, he's honestly the best in the business.

Amazing Service

My first visit didn't go so well,but, on my next visit; everything went much better. I spoke with Mr. Anthony and he said he will take care of everything and set me up with Mr. Warren. The Salesman Gregory Warren was the best. Mr. Warren is the absolute best, he was nice, helpful and made my experience worth my time coming back in. The experience was quick and painless.

Very good first time experience

We walked in having no clue on what to expected. Gregory really exceeded our expectations. He explained the whole process,walked us through it and have us great advice. We walked out with our new car

Awesome Cutomer Serice

I went there not expecting to purchase a car, because of my credit being a little low. I dealt with a great salesman named Tom Craig. He was awesome, very personable and polite. He did not pressure me int anything I didn't want. I recommend anyone to go see Tom at the Chrysler dealership. Brent is the finance guy to see, also. Very good team to work with.

Would not let us see car before purchase

My wife and I wanted a Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited. We were shown one we liked but once we sat down to sort paper work we were told it was being recalled. They said they had another one but would not let us see it before committing to buying. I made it clear we were there to buy but they literally would not let us see the car until we started the transaction. The price of their cars seemed higher that those at Airpark Dodge in Scottsdale so we said we would leave and go there and then our sales rep (who seemed more interested in getting on a lease) git the branch manager who put on the smarmiest "I'm giving you the deal I never give anyone" performance I've ever seen. Strangely our sales rep also told us she switches between working at Kia and Chrysler stores and kept bringing up Kia even though we wanted Jeep. We went to Airpark Dodge and got the car we wanted at the price expected.

Amazing people

First off I didn't buy a truck. This was no fault of their own, I was simply asking for something they couldn't do. There were no gimmicks, no tricks and no bull. These were ethical down to earth people. In the future I will certainly buy from them. The 2 individuals that went above and beyond were Frank Monroig and Nick Dembielcey. I may have spelled their names wrong but I'm sure someone can figure it out! Bottom line is, if you are looking for something they sell do yourself a favor and go see Frank.
