Good deal

I went into the dealership yesterday to take a look at some new Jeeps. I had purchased a van from Tempe Dodge last year and it was just too big. I didn't know if it be too soon to trade in. Percent down with David Wetzel and he went over all of my financing options. I ended up getting a Jeep patriot. I like it a lot, just my size.

A little long but a great overall experience.

My family and I were in desperate need of a new vehicle. I had a very specific vehicle in mind a used Kia Serento. We currently own a 2006 Serento with over 200K miles and have had no major issues with it. I shopped pricing online for months before deciding to go to Tempe. They were our first stop and the salesman Hugh was very helpful and friendly. We also spoke with Scott who was very helpful in answering our questions. I did have one more car dealership I wanted to visit and both men were very understanding and did not try to pressure me into staying. I actually ended up visiting two other dealerships and their stock and sales people were nowhere near the caliber of Tempe so I headed back over to them. Due to not financing a vehicle in years and not owning a credit card my credit was nonexistent. Greg Warren was very upfront about what my options would be and the amount I would most likely be able to be financed for. He worked within my perimeters and was able to get me the vehicle I wanted with low mileage on it. He even sent the car back to the detailers when it didn't pass my approval on cleanliness. The only down fall was that it took forever to get out of the dealership. I know getting a loan takes some time but it was a bit longer than usual. BUT they did have free hot dogs that day so I wasn't hungry. If you're looking for a Kia I would highly recommend Tempe Dodge/Kia.

Greg Warren was exceedingly helpful!

I was pre approved through Capital One and decided to walk in. Greg was very helpful and walked me through the process step by step. This of course made my experience very comfortable. I was blessed to have him as my sales man, and would definitely recommend him. Thanks again Greg!

Great Experience with Great Dealer

When I went to Tempe Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, I had some ideas of what I wanted but I did have some concerns. I worked with Neal Seedane who worked patiently with me as a examined the dealer's large selection of Rams. Once I found the truck I wanted, Neal and I sat down and worked out the numbers. He was able to get the price to at exactly what I needed it to be. He was honest and trustworthy and I would not hesitate to work with him again. He is exceptional in every way!

Greg Warren is an awesome guy!

I walked into my appointment with an expectation of my time being wasted. After dealing with Greg, I was completely surprised at the options I was given before I left. My partner and I met at the dealership in separate cars so we had to drive one home and come back, so that I could drive my new car -the same day. It WAS AWESOME! I thank Greg for his time and patience. He is a wonderful soul and very down to earth salesman/manager! We had hiccups but the good definitely out weighs the not so good! I also thank Sterling (the finance guy) for the magic he pulled off. I am always very skeptical and they made me a forever customer. I know my partner and our oldest will be getting cars from Greg in the near future! Thank you guys!!!

Greg is very knowledgeable

I was able to find a car I wanted in the price range I was looking for and felt I was well looked after. Only downside is the wait afterwards (but I'm not very patient). Greg did a great job!

Greg Warren is the guy to go to!

First of all I would like to provide a big thank you to Mr. Greg Warren! He helped us by getting into a brand new 2016 Kia Optima. He made our car buying process so much easier than any other experience i have had at a dealership. He went out of his way to make us feel comfortable every step of the way. He also did that by keeping us well informed with every step we made. He answered all our questions and even offered advice. He is a unique individual. And let me add that we were in and out of his office in about less that 4 hours. I brought my 4 year old son in and not once did he throw a tantrum. Thats how fast our visit to the dealership was. Thank you, for your help Greg and with your help! Go to the KIA dealership in Tempe and ask for Greg Warren, He will go above and beyond to help you out. Easy Buying Experience
