Haggle Free Car Buying Experience

Overall purchase process was extremely easy, very straight forward and transparent pricing. Great deals. No pushy salespeople or sales managers. Good atmosphere. Will definitely return to purchase another vehicle in the future.

Great Experience at Parkway Hyundai

Already have provided review on Cars.com under same title. Great car, great dealership and very satisfied with my experience. Was never pressured and was very comfortable with the salesperson and finance person.

Likely overprised

Dealership offered a price WELL above market. Reduced some but still (based on further research) above what I should have paid. Probably my fault for not negotiating harder and losing $.

Paul, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. I've gone back and looked into the deal to see what happened. I see that you purchased the vehicle for below our cost with every applicable rebate. We pride ourselves in transparent upfront pricing and the area's best car buying experience. I know that there are some dealers in our market who show unrealistic numbers on their website just to get people through the door. If you look at the disclaimers you'll see that they use every available rebate to get to a low number. These prices include rebates that most customers won't qualify for and in some cases rebates that can't be combined. We do not, and will not ever do business this way. Thank you for letting us earn your business and we look forward to being here for all of your vehicle needs in the future.

Satisfied Customer

I really don't see the need for this review having to be 25 words. But, as I stated, I am a satisfied customer. My time spent there was in a timely manner. The car I wanted wasn't on the lot. They quoted me at least 3 days for the car I wanted was to come in. They called me the next day to tell me my car was there.

Parkway of Wilmington is the best, bar none.

I have found my perfect car dealership. I will never do busy with any other dealership. Parkway of Wilmington is the best. They have the best customer service. They help you get in the car you want. They don't try to push you into the car they want to sale. I have horrible credit, but I was able to buy a brand new 2017 Hyundai Elantra and I love it

The only place to buy a car

Parkway Hyundai was great. Professional, friendly, no pressure, listened to our needs, and provided just what we needed. I will have no problem going back here for my next car. Our sales rep Mitch was very helpful.

Wonderful experience in buying our first SUV

We had a great experience working with Mr Bob Hart for sales and the finance side and paperwork was ultra smooth. Mr Hart answered all concerns and even took a question on his day off to his mobile phone while mowing his lawn! Very happy with our purchase!!

Dealer rater for 2017 & 2014 Sonatas

This is the Hyundai history for me and my family: 1996 Accent for my son's 1st car(age 16) through college 2005. 2005 Sonata for me (now has 216,000 miles) & 2005 Tucson for my son (212,000 miles now)purchased at same time 2014 Sonata for my son purchased April 20, 2017 2017 Sonata for me purchased April 20, 2017 My granddaughter has a 2014 Accent and my daughter-in-law has a 2013 Tucson. We not only like the product but are very satisfied with the quality and service we receive.
