My sales rep made buying a car a good experience when it can be the opposite. His professional attitude and follow up were very good. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and his style of presentation was at a level that the information could be easily retained. The entire staff was great.

An incredible kindness shown to me meant so much. Still on a walker following knee replacement, Chris drove 3 vehicles to showroom, I chose the one I wanted. He picked me up in my old Sante Fe and brought me home in my new Santa Fe. Now I've finally driven it and love it! It was hard knowing a brand new vehicle was in my garage and I couldn't drive it. This is the second vehicle that we have purchased/leased in the past two years from this dealership and we feel very comfortable with both the sales department and service department. We usually do a lot of research on our potential acquisition before we arrive at the dealership, so we armed with specific questions. Our salesperson either knew the answers or obtained the answers quickly. We also found the dealership easy to deal with via email, as our questions/concerns were noticed and responded to quickly and satisfactorily.

You are treated with respect and everyone was courteous. There were no hidden costs and my new vehicle was delivered on time and in great condition.
