Great Salesman, Great experience!

Mike Campo was a great salesman, worked with us for two days, was patient, and I will be buying any and all future vehicles from Parkway.

2017 Hyundai Sonata

Excellent experience with all employees who helped facilitate the sale. This was most likely the quickest, least stressful car purchase I have ever had. I will definitely send friends and family to Matt when looking for their next new car!

Third Lease, Third New Car

I have visited numerous dealerships and rest driven many cars. Of all of them, Hyundai was most realistic with their pricing and car packages. This is my third lease, and I am overly pleased with the vehicle quality and the dealership.

Friendly, Professional Service

Our salesperson, Joann, was very professional and friendly. She went out of her way to earn my husband's and my business and make sure we were happy. She did such a great job that we bought two cars from her in the same week! Others who we encountered at Parkway were also professional and friendly. I usually hate the car buying process but Joann made it painless and pleasant. I recommend this dealership.

New car experience

My sales rep made buying a car a good experience when it can be the opposite. His professional attitude and follow up were very good. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and his style of presentation was at a level that the information could be easily retained. The entire staff was great.

Over and beyond

An incredible kindness shown to me meant so much. Still on a walker following knee replacement, Chris drove 3 vehicles to showroom, I chose the one I wanted. He picked me up in my old Sante Fe and brought me home in my new Santa Fe. Now I've finally driven it and love it! It was hard knowing a brand new vehicle was in my garage and I couldn't drive it. I hope it serves me as well as my 2008 Sante Fe did!

No pressure, just cooperation

This is the second vehicle that we have purchased/leased in the past two years from this dealership and we feel very comfortable with both the sales department and service department. We usually do a lot of research on our potential acquisition before we arrive at the dealership, so we armed with specific questions. Our salesperson either knew the answers or obtained the answers quickly. We also found the dealership easy to deal with via email, as our questions/concerns were noticed and responded to quickly and satisfactorily.
