We stopped by Performance Ford, just to look, but ended up purchasing an Explorer. Royce was very friendly and personable, and tolerated all of our questions. Even had to go ask someone else for the answer if he didn't know. We felt he was very honest dealing with us and we didn't feel pressured in making our decision. Great overall experience. R Tingey

I had an amazing experience here at Performance Ford. I saw a used mustang online I was interested in. I called ahead to let them know I was going to be stopping by to check it out. As soon as I arrived, Sales associate Gage was there to greet me. He had the car already out for me, along with all the info and pricing on the vehicle ready to go. This process went so quickly and smoothly. Gage and I took the car out then talked numbers. After getting an amazing deal on the mustang and my trade in, I then met with Robert to go over the financing and warranty. I have never had such a quick, non stressful, even enjoyable experience talking anoint financing and warranty. Rob got me everything I wanted and more while getting my monthly payment exactly where I wanted it to be. I left this dealership feeling 100% great about the deal and service I got from both Gage and Rob.

Busy dealership! That's a good thing. We drove 360 miles to pick up a used truck we saw online. They prepared the truck for our arrival. It was clean and ready for my test drive. We bought the truck. Financer Amhad was very accommodating. He made it easy. We drove 3 hrs. Towards home to have the engine light go on. Went back next morning. This is where the sales manager stepped in and gave use the option to trade the vehicle for anotheror wait days for a repair. We were willing to spend a little more. In my experience this is unheard of. I was speakless. Due to the quality of selections available and the 6 hour drive home. We took the offer. Adam made it happen. He is a fine example of a fine sales man. I am very, very happy with my new used truck. The only reason I haven't posted 5 stars is that there was a problem.
