Above and Beyond Customer Service

After purchasing my new 2016 Explorer, and finding some concerns with the paperwork, Rafher Hartt personally worked hard to ensure the situation was remedied, and remedied to my satisfaction. They have been good to work with after the sale and I feel they want me as a customer for more than just the initial purchase. When I purchase my next vehicle, it will be through Rafer.

Great people and service

Mike Vaughn 2009 F 150

Tyler went out of his way to make sure I was happy. My salesman Andrew has moved but Tyler walked up and greates me even though he was in conversation with other staff members. He called me by name and made me feel like a friend. My truck as an oversight did not have a spare tire but he worked with the service people to make sur I get get one even though it was an inconvenience to them. Liz greated me as I walked in and as very pleasant. Made me feel like I was all that mattered. Service dept. is friendly and professional.

Complete Cluster

I drove down from Oregon to purchase a 2014 F350. Customer service wasnt great. Sabria left in the middle of the deal to take care of personal issues and failed to fill in Andrew on what we had agreed upon. Very unorganized group at Performance Ford. The only bright spot was Angelia in finance. Beautiful lady with a good sense of humor.

It was my understanding that your salesperson Sabria Nolan made an effort to be there on her day off and had made arrangements with a baby sitter. Simple & Painless

My experience with Performance Ford is a good one. They were quite responsive to email queries and were't too pushy. When I came in they had just the truck I was looking for in their inventory which I got to test drive. Jera on the sales staff was very nice and helped me understand all the details of the truck and purchase options. The finance person I worked with also made that process very painless. Overall I had a great experience and this dealership and will purchase from them in the future.

Great place to buy a car

I went into the dealership not knowing what to expect as i had never purchased a new car. The staff were very accommodating and direct in their approach, they make sure that i got the car i wanted at a price i was okay with and didn't try to up-sell me on things i wouldn't need or use .

Fantastic Car Buying Experience

I went in with the attitude that this is another big name, going to get a lot of pressure from car salesman experience. Boy, was I wrong. Not a bit of pressure. Very informative and helpful through the whole process. They even let me take the test drive by myself to my wife's place of business so that she could be just as wow'd as I was. I was at least 20 miles one way from where she works. And, they even put the gas in it for me to make the round trip. Overall, it was a great experience. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle to purchase. Thanks Performance Ford.

Best prices in the Southwest with AAA service!

Really nice, fast and professional. After two phone calls I scheduled an appointment and was flying into Salt Lake City the next day. The truck was exactly as described and as seen in the pictures - it was BEAUTIFUL!!! A beautiful truck, the best pricing and first class service means that Reed Christensen's team is going to take care of you. They're serious about their customer service and they're serious about maintaining the best pricing. WAY TO GO PERFORMANCE FORD!!!
