Great experience at Performance Ford Bountiful. Jason Hle was patient with me as I went back and forth from Leasing for 3 years to direct purchase. Jason got me the different quotes quickly and showed all the costs, fees, interest and total out of pocket and payments to expect. Was great ! Found Expedition color and type I liked . Decided to not lease but to purchase and Jason set me up with my Test Drive with Reed Christensen. He was great as well. No hassles, No Pressure. Reed willing to help check out any questions and needs. He even had a great song collection he shared. Reed had a great accounting background and made some great suggestions on business write offs and tax adjustments. Was fun with all that helped me at this dealership. Even Leo in finance who finalized the paper work. Nice Guy's. The GM Bill Barnes greeted me and hooked me up with some car washes over at their Honda Dealership where my wife had a great experience buying a Honda CRV a few months previous. Jason, Reed ( 6 Stars to Reed C. ), Leo and Bill were very professional , friendly and helpful all through my process. Made the whole buying process easy and comfortable. Do not trust this place. There service center has now broke 2 of my vehicles, my bad for trusting. I have requested several times with no response, that management call me, who do they have call but the people from service who broke my vehicles to start with. Example; $600 to get breaks fixed, have had to go back twice and still not fixed. Horrible Horrible mechanic's. It took them 9 months to get my truck done and then it still was wrong. Do not trust any vehicle to Performance Ford!!!!!

I did my research to buy a 2016 Ford Focus ST. I knew my numbers. So did they. We quickly settled on a fair price. Everything was easy. Sabria was awesome, she knew everything about the car. Very knowledgeable, answered every question. They are even delivering my car to me, at no additional charge. I'd recommend them to anyone.

I brought my Escape to the service department to have a recall dealt with and everyone I dealt with was (so it seemed to me) there just to make my experience a great one. I was impressed with the friendliness of all the people I came in contact with. I also noticed as customers cars were done, they were approached and informed that their vehicle was finished, what was done, and they were told that their business was appreciated. The same thing happened to me! The recall issues were corrected and I felt like I was appreciated as a customer.
