Different dealership, same great Subaru experience

We recently moved to the Myrtle Beach area from The Roanoke, Va. area and my wife's Forrester needed scheduled service. As we've come to expect, Subaru provides a great customer service experience!

Great Experience

I had a great experience with Dennis who provided excellent service, listened to me and helped me find the perfect Vehicle at a reasonable price. Truly appreciate him going the extra mile and even helping me clean out my car and make sure I was completely comfortable with the vehicle before I left. Steve the manager also came by to congratulate me after we agreed upon a price. Wonderful experience all the way around

Great experience!

I had been browsing a Subaru vehicle for months and went to dealers all around Charlotte, NC. I was visiting our beach home in Murrells Inlet & decided to browse the dealers once more. I was in luck today for a smooth process & transition from my Camaro to my new 2017 Subaru Forester. Luckily, Scott Guyer was able to assist my family & I as we were impressed with the entire staff & especially his demeanor. He was thorough, genuine, detail-oriented with the in's & out's of the vehicle, educated us on other options financially & all made our visit timely with a couple of hours. We also had a few other members step in to ensure we were happy & didn't leave any questions unturned. First thing I noticed was 3-4 sales leader plaques in his office that were of high regard. That definitely spoke to his service today. If you all are in the area (or not even near the beach) please visit this guy as he'll work with you & provide a timely experience for you. Can't thank him enough!

Great service and transparency

We were taken care of by a few great salesmen. We had called about a car that had just been listed, and were able to see it and test drive it, even though it hadn't been detailed or certified yet. We appreciated the transparency of the dealership to show us the car and its condition before it had been made "ready". We purchased it!
