Impeccable Service is All About the Details!
I have choices for where to service my vehicles and I choose Hendrick Cadillac because of the superior customer service. My service writer, Cory Lyle, always greets me warmly and keeps me updated throughout the service experience. He works hard to understand my needs and my concerns and even my budget. I have never felt like I was being "upsold" with services or repairs that are not in my best interests. The mechanic staff never leaves prints and the work is always performed well and on time. This is a hassle free environment and who needs a hassle? Do yourself a favor and save yourself some time and money, take your vehicle to Hendrick Cadillac and ask for Cory...Tell him Tom sent you!

Great Service
I have purchased many cars over the years but my experience at Hendrick FAR exceeded my expectations. I have now purchased 2 XT5 Cadillacs from Hendrick in Cary and never plan to shop elsewhere. Support and service are superior. Mr. Carter was the sales rep and Kyle Stevenson has been my personal maintenance manager. I have yet to be disappointed.
