Scott Trigilio has been an excellent sales consultant, he is not your pushy sales person. Scott sat us down and broke things down for us what was important in a vehicle with us to fine the perfect vehicle for us. He was contacting us as soon as new shipments was coming in.

I'm a difficult person. I walked into Tom Ahl's dealership, not knowing what I wanted, BUT knowing what I did NOT want. Sales Consultant Bob Schmersal was the best. He wasn't like other salesmen. He didn't push me into a test drive. He was very patient and listened to concerns. I told him the price point and directed me to areas around the lot. He remembered my wants and dislikes. Bob also worked with me diligently when I found the car. I'm not very knowledgeable when it comes to cars and terms. He was very up to date and was able to answer my questions, even before I asked the question. He wanted the best price for me and did a great job negotiating with his team to get me the best deal. Financing was a breeze. Even with my imperfect credit score, I was still able to stay under my limit for the monthly payment. I couldn't have asked for a better car buying experience! Thanks Bob!! I'll think of you while I'm driving my dream car!!
