new impala from Tom Ahl

I purchased a new body style impala from tom ahl in lima ohio. The buying process was no pressure an I got a great deal. My sales mans name was scott and he did a great job as well as the rest of the team.

Knowledgeable, Honest, Efficient Transaction

Nobody likes gimmicks. Everyone's time is valuable. The Tom Ahl Family of Dealerships clearly understand these concepts. From the moment I decided to purchase a Buick LaCrosse, to the time I drove away was less than 90 minutes. Amy Downing, Sales Manager, quickly had my trade-in appraised and I was very pleased (surprised) by the offer. There was no hidden fees or additional costs. The deal was stage forward. The vehicle was prepared for delivery, had a full tank of fuel, my plates attached all while I made my way through Finance. Some dealers try and get you to buy add-ons which drive up your payment and add up to a lot of $$ in the end. Not the case here. I was presented a sheet with options. I chose an add on but there was no upsell. I really appreciated the no-pressure approach. Plus, I got a lifetime power train warranty for free!! Enter Bill Cook. He knows every detail about what he is selling. We got in the car and he had my seat set, OnStar connected, and every detail explained as if he built the car. Nothing is more reassuring than someone who easily explains all the technology and offers advice on the ones to pay most attention too. 90 minutes. Start to finish. Like I said in the beginning....Knowledgeable, Honest, Efficient Transaction...and I got a heck of a deal and a free lifetime warranty. Thank you Amy and Bill!

2014 Chevy Impala

purchased new elantra from ted

As a first time Hyundai customer, it was extremely nice to have a salesman as knowledgeable as Ted Kill. There wasn't one question that he couldn't answer. I never felt like he was pressuring me to purchase. He would simple let me know all the facts and let me make the decision for myself. A real "straight shooter!"
