I've never been to a dealership to buy a car before, and I was expecting a much different experience. Everyone was very friendly, knowledgeable, and seemed "real". I never felt pressured to buy the car, although I would have probably been upset if I hadn't. Great service overall, and nice facilities. Glad to deal with this dealership.

I had a great experience at Tom Ahl Chrysler. Tom gave me a great trade-in and Bob Cook went above and beyond to get me the van I wanted. They are a great group of people to work with.

We went to look at a truck at Tom Ahl Chrysler. Our salesman, Bob Cook went the extra mile to make our buying experience very pleasant. The entire staff was so nice and helpful. I was very happy with the deal we got and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to my friends.

Bill is a very honest, helpful person. All the discussions we had about a used car we were interested in were very straightforward. We drove 140 miles for the car because it was exactly what we wanted with the features we wanted. His explanation and pictures of the car were right on. A few comments that I would make that were the cause of a bit of a lower rating... We had an appt but we had to wait a while. They were in the process of a renovation so we weren't in their new building. It looks like it will be really nice though. We met in a double-wide trailer. If you are buying from Michigan or other state that doesn't require front license plates, beware that you will have one and if you don't want it you will have holes directly in your beautiful new vehicle! :-(
