More of the stellar service I have come to expect!

I brought my 2012 Buick Enclave in for regular servicing and to fulfill the request for recall items. EVERY SINGLE PERSON in the service department was uniformly pleasant, appeared unrushed and willing to answer any questions. Also, in the afternoon, after being picked up by Randall, the tireless fellow who chauffeurs us to/from wherever we need to be after dropping the car in the am, I paid the very minimal price for oil change with a charming office administrator. Randall is a truly kind man -- after several years of kindly ferrying me either to home or work, he recalls my being a physical therapist, asks about my daughter and grandson whom he has assisted with HER 2009 Enclave, shares caring about us, and allows me to care for him and his family. THIS IS QUALITY service. Other times I have had the incredibly good coffee in the waiting room, complete with TV and playroom for kids. My car was washed after the service. It would be extremely difficult to improve the service at Hilton Head Automotive. It is simply the best.

Great dealership very courteous

A great dealership. Jeff Weber was terrific and very helpful as were all the other people we dealt with there.

Hilton Head GMC

I purchased the 2011 vehicle new at the dealership and have used the service department for all maintenance and warranty work sine that time. Mike gas always been easy to work with and provided great advice and service support! Typically, once my vehicle would be outside the warranty period, I would find another place to get service work completed, other than the dealership. Based on my satisfaction with the work done by the service team and due to the support recieved from Mike I am likely to continue using HHBuick for my Enclave servicing needs. Based on test same experience, I am highly likely to give HH GMC Buick Caddilac preference! I would get inclined to follow Mike, if he were to move to another dealership or was moved over to the Caddilac side of the business! Thank you.

Excellent dealership

I've always had a great experience with the service dept. Mike Reddick is awesome. He's a super guy, straight shooter and always goes the extra mile to help you with anything .. Anytime i've ever had an issue with my current suburban or my previous Yukon XL, Mike has always steered me in the right direction as to what needs to be done to fix the issue(s)..

Very friendly and professional Service

Hi! ... I brought my fairly new GMC Terrain in for an oil change at my nearby GMC dealer ... I had made the appointment on-line (very easy!) and the follow-up was prompt and professional ... A last-minute meeting came up; so, I had to change the appointment and called the service area ... Everyone, from the young lady who answered the phone to the service personnel who changed the appointment, was polite, friendly and helpful ... I needed a "first-thing-in-the-morning" appointment in order to get to work and was pleased that my appointment was rescheduled so easily ... When I arrived, everyone was very cheerful and the work was done very quickly ... My service technician, Nick, even apologized that the car was not brought up close enough to the service door ... I thanked him and said that I could use the exercise (it must have been at most 20 feet!) ... Very pleasant experience and sparkling new waiting area ... Thanks!

I love my ATS!

I love my Cadillac ATS! The leasing process was easy and I ended up with a terrific sports sedan at a fair price. Everything the magazines say about the ATS being a worthy competitor to the BMW 3-Series is true. Great car. HH Cadillac keeps it in tip-top shape!

Repairs

Every time my car is serviced there I know that it is done right but the only bad part is the labor is way over priced. I f I can find someone just as reliable to work on the car at a less inexpensive rate I probably will be taking it there.

my Hiltons head experience

Drove an hour to get to HH auto, once I arrived was greeted by all the sales associate as well as the GM. Mr. Bob Zane had the buick enclave ready to go. With 2 other potential buyers wanting to purchase the vehicle Bob respectful encourage me not to wait, he didn't pressure me at all but told me that the vehicle was mines and he know it was exactly what my wife wanted so he spoke with the GM to begin the purchasing process while I drove another hour back to the bank to get the money. Unfortunately it was a go so I placed a cash deposit to hold the vehicle. Once the keys were in hand they did everything to show us the vehicle function how the controls work and filled it up as well as serviced the vehicle once more. Awesome experience I have referred some of my Co workers to them.
