Superb, professional service

Maintenance service on my SRX was performed professionally and the entire staff kept me informed during the process. The service advisor Jeffry Coulman was excellent and should be highly commended. The entire experience was a pleasure. Love bringing my vehicles here and will continue to do so.

My 2012 Buick

I found this dealership to be outstanding. My salesman was very informative and very honest. He helped me with everything on my car and spent time with me till I was comfortable with the new things on my car. I have bought 3 vehicles from this dealership because they are so honest and informative. I feel they are the best around. I am very happy with them.

Terrific Dealer

I bought my Buick Enclave at HH Motors and it is absolutely the best car I have ever owned. The sales process was fluid and reasonable and I never felt rushed or pressured. I'd buy another car from them in a heartbeat. My only service experience was an oil change and a warranty fix of the driver seat heater. Again, a superlative experience. They gave me a free loaner- a new Buick Lacrosse- and the work was done way under the time budget. Only complaint I have is that there was some sort of glitch in their computerized feedback system so I was unable to submit what would have been a stellar review of their service.

terrible service

Had taken two cars to this dealer for service. The one the engine was bad but they tried ti fix it and charge me for it but said something else was wrong and did I want to fix that.Second vechile they damaged a engine part while fixing trans. then treid to blame it on another dealer. Neighbor had bad experience with them replacing parts that didn't need replacing and when corporate was notified they were told what to charge but they didn't ever follow corp. mandate.

Dan, We met with you to discuss trading your two vehicles on a Cadillac XLR. We were unable to meet your expectations on one of your trades and did not look at the second one which was a motor home. Your review mentioned nothing about the attempted sales transaction but did referred to a service experience. Our service history for you shows no contact since August 2010.
