Awesome

bought my Outback here in 2015, fell in love with it and the friendliness of the staff. That has not changed, every time I come for service I am greeted with a smile and everything being done to my car is thoroughly explained. I also love the improvements to the waiting area, the extra seats, tables and outlets are extremely nice. Keep it up Quantrell, I hope the Subaru dealers in Florida are as nice as you all have been.

Outback service

Quick and thorough. We bought the prepaid service when we bought the car. So far so good. Our sales person Kristen was the best I have encountered in my 54 years of Car buying.

Excellent service everytime!!!!

Cadillac service is always ready willing and able to accommodate my scheduling or lack thereof when I call for service or just happen to be in Lexington!! Excellent customer service from everyone I have ever encountered at Quantrell Cadillac.

Service on SRX

Was greeted by a customer service representative immediately and they told me who would be working with me. Explained what I needed done and checked. Was told they would check and would let me know what they found out. Joe made sure that I knew where the waiting room for service was located. Joe was very informative on what they found and the cost of each repair item as well as how long it would take to complete the repairs. We have always been completely satisfied with this place for purchasing or having our car serviced.

Great Buying Experience

I went to the dealership because it was closest to my work. I was greeted right away and asked how I could be helped. In no time flat I was able to test drive the model I was interested in purchasing. I appreciated that the sales associate explained key features and gave me an idea of where to go to test drive. When I returned Val helped me with purchasing the exact vehicle I wanted. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and I didn't feel pressured to buy. He was very helpful with assisting me with the insurance process as well. The dealership even brought the vehicle I wanted over from the mall where it had been displayed. I had a great experience and I will encourage my friends and family to visit the next time they are on the market for a vehicle. Thank you Colette Robinson

Patience EVERYTIME!!!

I was in a car accident and had my car towed to Quantrell (where i purchased it a year prior from Winfrey). Quantrell Collision worked very hard to get my car assessed and repaired in a timely manner. I got my car back and realized there were some other issues. I took it back and they allowed me to use a loaner and repaired it without question. Once i got my car back there were a few minor repairs that the service center repaired (alignment, etc). Brian and Eric worked very hard to make sure my vehicle was operating correctly. Each time taking time to test drive it to ensure i was satisfied. I am so thankful for the individuals at Quantrell for helping me get back on the road and feeling safe. I would definitely purchase a car from them again and i will ALWAYS take my car there for service.

Most thoughtful and patient car buying experience

I didn?t intend on buying a new car, but when I got the total for the repairs of my old Volvo, I knew it was time. Brentley, Phil and Darryl in the used sales department were so patient and helpful with the car buying process. They helped me clean out my old car, thoroughly explained the trade-in value and cost of my new car, just made what was a quick and unexpected purchase, super easy!

2012 Volvo XC90

Took my XC90 for 105000 mile service. Everyone was very attentive to my needs, and it was a very efficient process. I couldn't ask for more. I also think that the costs are reasonable.

Great service

I took my car to have a new remote made. They were able to check the maintenance history ( I had recently purchased it used) and they recommended a complete service which was completely covered by the warranty. The service was prompt and well done. Gives me confidence that my car is up to date on its service and in good working order.
