Service visit led to purchase of (new) used car
Brought my daughter's 2006 Forester (purchased used with over 140 K miles on it several years ago) in for service. For a lark, looked at available used cars online and behold, my dream car (2006 Outback with only 100K miles on it). Walked down to used cars, salesperson Greg Agee knowledgably helped me with a test drive and other info, and before my current car was done with service I had an agreement to trade it in for my "new" used car. My daughter loves it!

Bought a Lemon
Purchased a 2003 Subaru Baja online...car looked great in pictures but needs 2000 worth of worth of work including new exhaust which was held together with hose clamps..Rusted out shocks and brakes..warm air conditioning..Not even a drivers side floor mat...BEWARE...Theses guys are crooks!

Outstanding experience

Purchase of a 2018 Subaru Outback
The entire process was easy. Jim Grisso was my sales representative. He was professional, patient, accommodating and genuinely interested in making the experience a great one. Jim arranged the transport of my 2015 Forester to my niece in Boise Idaho. This arrangement was so simple for me and I am grateful that Quantrell could provide this exceptional service. Marcus in the Service Department took care of the minor repairs to my 2015 Forseter before the transport. He is friendly and efficient, a great asset to the team. The accounting department took care of all the details of the transaction and explained the additional options for an extended warranty, maintenance package and tire/dent protection. Finally, Derrick, the electronics wizard, set up an appointment with me in 2 weeks to go over all the features and answer my questions. This is the best car buying experience I have ever had. I am thrilled with my Outback and the care I have received on both my 2015 Forester and my new Outback. Quantrell does it right! Thank you to the entire team and to the quarterback, Jim Grisso.

Service
I took my crosstrek in for the 60,000 mi maintainence. The service department personnel were very friendly and accommodating. They explained the list of service items to be performed . My car was taken back promptly. They even washed the car! The only thing I didn't like was when I initially called to make an appointment for the service, I was transferred to some woman in Georgia ! She couldn't tell me where the dealer was located and could not answer my questions about the service. I called the dealership back and insisted on speaking with someone in the building . The service department employee, Brandon, answered my questions and gave me an appointment for 2 hours later that day. I would recommend NOT using an offsite scheduler. Otherwise, everyone at the dealership was courteous, kind, patient, and I would definitely return. Thank you.

No High Pressure Sales Easy To Deal With
Came into look at a Subaru Outback. I dealt with Winfrey she was very easy to talk with and very knowledgeable. She and Kevin The sales manager made me a great deal on a new Outback. I hate to ever feel pressured into making a decision about purchasing a vehicle. There was no pressure at all and I?d highly recommend asking for Winfrey if you are considering purchasing a vehicle at Quantrell.
