Car Repair
The service was excellent. Mr. Brooks took me right away. After about 15 minutes, he told me what was wrong with the tire, and it would be fixed soon. They also looked at the seatbelt that I had been having trouble with. A new one has been ordered for the car, and I will be contacted as soon as it comes in. A very pleasant experience.

Service did not completely solve the issue
The Service Advisor did a good job of explaining what had been done and asked me to let him know if the issue persisted. The service performed did not completely solve the issue. I will be taking the vehicle back to have it looked at again.

Honest, low pressure sale
I purchased a Mazda 3 a few weeks back. After having bad experiences at two other local Mazda dealerships I was very happy to find this dealer. First, the dealership understood specifically what I was looking for and were honest about what they had, and did not have, in stock. I wasn't asked a second time after the initial contact about my desires in a car, there was no fumbling around while the salesperson tried to find the car that met my specifications--it just all worked very smoothly. Rick Pederson was the salesperson I met with. Rick was very personable and, again, honest. No high pressure, no hype. He was very easy to work with on the deal. I very much appreciate that.

Great experience without an appointment
I showed up on a Saturday afternoon without an appointment because a panel under my car was hanging down and my tire light came on. I was in and out with no charges. Wow, old fashioned customer service.
