Capital Mazda of Cary

Had problem's getting my car into reverse so I brought it in the service manager kept me up to date when he had news. I might add that he lied to me but it's a lye I am glad for. He told me it would take 6-8 weeks to get the transmission but it only took a little over 3 week's to get it and have it installed and I was on my way. You guys rock keep it up!

When I left my car overnight for repairs I received a loner car. When I got into the loner car I noticed the radio station was on the same station my car had been set to. I listen to a Christian station so I know this was intentionally done for me. It?s that attention to detail and the fact that someone thought enough about me to go that extra step that will keep me a loyal customer.

You always have responded to my needs if it was not a planned visit. Everyone has been great every time I have been there. That is one thing you don't see everywhere. Thank you for everything and I will be back for another car.
