Worst experience ever
I went to Mazda on March 11, 2016 for service maintenance on my vehicle. In the meantime I wanted to see what I qualify for in a new car. I wanted an AWD or 4WD specifically. That's when the salesman showed me a certified cx5. The salesman pulled the vehicle up on his computer it said cx5 grand touring AWD. I had called my friend, he asked the salesman if it was AWD because that is what I wanted. The salesman responded with yes, as I was looking at the computer where he had pulled up the vehicle. That day I left with the vehicle, I was told to come back Monday, March 14, 2016 so the body shop can fix the dents and to replace the interior trunk. So when I arrived, I went to the sales manager. He said that it can't be done today that I can come back Wednesday(16th) and they will give me a rental. I live 40min away. It's not a close drive. I was a little annoyed. I went on Wednesday, the sales manager wasn't there. I spoke with another man. He had no clue I was coming, the body shop was clueless, no one was prepared and had clue what I was talking about when my car was certified and the dents, trunk needs to be fixed. Very frustrating, NO COMMUNICATION between the staff. Once everything was handled, I leave with my rental and was told the car will be ready Friday (18th). I bring my friend with me who I had called on the day of the sale. I go find the sales manager, that's when my friend looks at the car and realizes it is NOT AWD, the inside trunk was just spray painted, NOT REPLACED, I can smell and see the line on spray paint. The dents were fixed but there was noticeable paint drips going down the side. It was very unacceptable, lazy, and unprofessional since I'm making a 40min trip one way. Now, the car is getting done again and won't be ready until Monday (21St). I brought it to the sales managers attention that I was told and so was my friend a couple times that this car was AWD. I asked where the car salesman is who sold me the car. He had quit. What a coincidence, I thought. The sales manager didn't seem to care at all. I drive down again Monday (21st) my car was in perfect condition now, sales manager wasn't there. Someone else helped me, gave me my car keys and he took the rental. I said to him I need to sign the certified papers. He didn't know what I was talking about, yet again, NO COMMUNICATION. I was told to come down another day, yet again, to sign the papers. I down Friday (25th) sign the 150pt checklist. I asked what he can Do about the fact I was lied to about it being AWD, the multiple trips I had to take, and that the car was done sloppy the first time around. Nothing was offered. Now, Tuesday(29th) I get a call from a salesman that I need to come down again to sign another paper for certification. I said why wasn't this ready when I was there last, I said I dealt with the sales manager, why wasn't he prepared with everything I need to sign. I told him I can't come that day. Again, Wednesday (30th) a car salesman calls me and tells me if I don't come down today and sign this paper, my car IS NOT certified. I'm Very, extremely upset and annoyed. I tell this man, if this paper was so important why didn't I sign it 2wks ago when I bought the car or even when I signed the 150pt checklist with the sales manager. I said I'm tired, I'm done, I'm not driving any more. Everything has been unprofessional, unsympathetic, no one has made up for the stress and unnecessary drives. The man said he would come to my place so I can sign it. I agreed. I asked for something, anything, to turn this extremely negative experience into something positive. What I get is an oil change. Seriously?, I paid for the oil change I did on my car that I used for a trade in THAT SAME DAY OF SALE.. I said I'm still paying technically because I never received a refund from my trade in oil change and tire rotation. This is my 3rd car I have purchased from this dealership, and my first and only terrible experience. I am not coming back/referring

Nightmare!!!
Nightmare!!! No communication, updates, call backs, etc. My car drove fine when I took it there and broke down within one mile when I left...it was pouring transmission fluid and smoking. My Hummer was in better shape before they flushed the transmission fluid. The vehicle had to be towed back to them and then they had the nerve to charge me for it. They offered no compensation just a bunch of useless talk... The manager did nothing to make the situation better just promised me two oil changes via e-mail that I never received. He should have refunded me the $800 that I spent for maintenance since they obviously did not perform it correctly and that does not even compensate me for loss of revenue for the few days of spending all my time dealing with them. To top it all off, I got a follow up call who was shocked with my experience and said they would look into correcting it and call me back... yep, she never called back either! What a joke...

Great read on how I bought my Mazda CX5 + more
First, I love Mazda's...took my 2005 Mazda Zoom-Zoom, in perfect condition, in for a oil change and drove out of Ed Morse's with a new Mazda CX5...which had even more 'Zoom-Zoom' on it. We took it on a 2700 mile Christmas trip and again the car proved it was a high-roller, speed, comfort, road so smoothly plus it drove like a dream. My husband took it in for it's first oil change and tire rotation and once again the Auto Service Department wasted no time in completing the job and did it on time, no over stay. This dealership had service written all over it. The type of service everyone wants from their dealership. They go over and above the call to make sure all aspect of a car are in A-one top condition before leaving the dealership. I CAN TRUST ED MORSE MAZDA for all my automobile needs. Barbara J. Christoph

worse buying experience of a lifetime
I dont know where to begin. To begin with I have spent the good part if a day buying a car. Secondly, we specifically requested a particular lender for financing...the finance manager did not honor our wishes. We were never offered a walk through of our new car..we left the dealership hours later. Months later we were asked to sign a mileage document. Seems like the original was lost. We had to repeatedly fax proof of ownership to the dealership. That was provided at the time of the purchase. I have never experienced a more unorganized poorly run dealership. I would never recommend this Mazda dealership to anyone. I tell them to go elsewhere. I feel confident the others can't possibly be as bad.

Awesome customer service, very pleasant buying exp!
When it became time to trade in my 2004 Buick Park Avenue, I, of course, went back to Ed Morse Auto Plaza in Port Richey, FL! I went straight to Tom Balsamo because I have dealt with him in the past and he always finds the best price, looks out for me regarding incentives and deals, and it is always a pleasure to do business with him! I am so elated and in love with my 2015 Buick Encore!! Thank you so much and I will recommend you highly!! :D

Best Dealership All Around
This is our 2nd GMC Acadia that we purchased in the last 3 years from Ed Morse Auto Plaza. We don't want to work with any other dealership. You are the absolute best. Your Service Department has addressed any concerns and maintenance we had with our 2013 Acadia with the utmost dependency and professionalism. We must give our highest praise to our salesperson, Tom Balsamo. Tom has gone above and beyond in helping us have not only the best experience possible but to also feel comfortable and confident with our decision from start to finish. We feel like family whenever we have worked with him. He is truly a major asset to Ed Morse Auto Plaza.

Took great care of my 2004 Buick!
My 2004 Buick Park Avenue was in desperate need of maintenance and was having issues of vibration once it hit 50mph and a/c taking awhile to cool down. Everyone at Ed Morse was courteous, helpful, and knowledgeable and my car drives like a dream again! They also took care of routine maintenance that I had been neglecting and gave it a complete overhaul. Thank you so much, Bill and staff!!

3rd vehicle in a year Ed Morse and Matt P. rock!
5 stars for Ed Morse . The guys have been great and very helpful in all aspects of purchasing cars. Purchasing a 2nd pre owned vehicle , and one new vehicle has been the easiest process we've had in all our years of buying cars. I recommend that if your ever in need of any automobile, this is the place to stop and purchase. Matt P, Mark and Kim , have the process down! short and sweet experience. THE BEST!!!
