Scammers and liars.

Scammers and liars. Ran my credit and I have no idea who they are. I have called and called and never heard from them. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. They are either Careless or downright fraudulent.

Plaza automall now is under new management. They are terrible. Unprofessional service. In service department they turn music so loud.drive crazy in small place.abuse customer car. No dealer uniform it is a mess. I got brand new car and there is something loose. Ask them to look at. And they refuse to do so. Never come back. This is toyota service..

Unprofessional customer service, Called in morning spoke

Unprofessional customer service, Called in morning spoke with Britney ask for Honda odyssey and she checked in to inventory and said it’s available. We drove 90 miles to buy this car. She call back again to confirm the appointment for same car. After 3 hours we reach to plaza Honda and find out the car we came to buy was sold yesterday. This customer rep did not give us right information and make us travel 90 miles for the car. In the past we bought two Honda from this dealer and did not had good experience then. Very unprofessional and bad customer service.

This dealership is a joke and will waste your time.

This dealership is a joke and will waste your time. They post pictures of new cars and not actual vehicle they have. I drove all the way from Long Island to Brooklyn to see a particular car that I made an appointment for 1 week in advance, only to find out that car was in no condition to be shown to customers. Mohammad (salesman) hesitated in bringing the car because he knew someone dropped the ball on this car. VIN is 5J8YE1H40RL000353. It’s a 2024 certified preowned Acura MDX w/tech package listed for 47k with about 10k miles. This car had garbage inside, tissues everywhere, a white powdery substance (which I’m not going to get into), scuff marks on exterior and scratches on front bumper. Story was inconsistent on when this car arrived at plaza auto mall. First I was told car had a lot of interest night before (but then why wasn’t it fixed up?), then i was told it just arrived from NJ night before. Manager from new car was shocked that it was not in any condition to be seen. When I asked Mohammad about carfax and where car was driven for about 6k miles from March until now, his answer was “idk some guy was driving around in Brooklyn”. Again, doesn’t add up when he told me it got in just last night. Basically, this dealership is not worth wasting your time, find a car somewhere else.

Picked up our 2024.

Picked up our 2024. Odessy today. Had a great experience working with our salesperson Zohaib Raga. We were able to meet at a fair price including taking my sienna in. Pick up was painless, Plaza transferred my plates and issued my registration. Zohaib gave my wife and I a quick rundown of its new features and I recommend asking for him if your in the market for a Honda.

Plaza Honda was very professional in dealing with potential customers. I highly recommend them if you are looking to purchase or lease. Zohaib Raja went above and beyond in assisting me in my purchase. I can not speak highly enough about my experience. Thank you once again Zohaib and Plaza Honda!

Worked wonderfully with Anthony Parasma, who got me a great deal! Not to mention, another of the sales people made sure I was taken care of before I drove off with me new vehicle... I will say, the tags are taking longer than expected (it's been a month since I've purchased the vehicle & I *still* havent received my tags/plates).... 😐🙄 oh and I had to go twice before driving off with my new car, because I was getting out of state plates, & the insurance card wasnt reflecting the current date (rather the next date was reflecting on the card). Other than that, I'd recommend this dealership overall, they didn't try and sell me no ridiculousness, which is a plus!++
