I was in the market for a 2025 Honda civic is , was shopping for a few weeks and saw Plaza Honda in Brooklyn had a good deal. Called the dealership got in contact with Angela Jeshili , from the minuter I spoke to her I knew I would purchase this car on June 2 2025 , I practically brought the car over the phone and picked it up on June 3. She was professional, answer all my question , worked and multitask great on the phone ,was knowledgable , never tries to over speak me , she knew I was full aware of things like money factor residue etc . She answer all questions and made the purchased easy and smooth and hassle free. Finally to her leaders you have an asset an outstanding sales rep which will maximize you sales with efficiency and grace ,Angela will grow with your company and my next purchase which should bring about 3 year or so I sincerely hope that Angela will be part of your Leadership. Terrible buying experience.

Terrible buying experience. I bought a 2025 new, Honda Accord with cash. I dealt with Steven Shumel the sales person. He was the epitome of uncaring. He never even greeted us. We waited over 2 and a half hours to 3 hours to complete the paper work for buying a car with cash!!!! I had to take the check and necessary papers to the back desk managers, and go back and forth to complete the purchase. My sales person Steven Shumel just walked out of the dealership. We were asked to not even wait in the dealership, but outside in the car, by Steven Shumel. I had to advocate for myself to get the transaction completed. Terrible dealership. This is not the way to do business. No leadership or supervision of the staff. STAY AWAY.

Was offered a smack in the face deal by Dwayne, Camilo &

Was offered a smack in the face deal by Dwayne, Camilo & another boss I think named Rob, that the dealership would pay the lease payment for 2 months as long as I REMOVE my review. This was the "best" they could do. DO NOT GIVE THESE SKETCHY PEOPLE YOUR BUSINESS. People deserve to know the truth. These people are heartless and have no empathy. Absolute CROOKS! The prices online do not match what they tell you in person. This is a completely unethical business that does not deserve business. I have no idea how they are still running. They speak and do things so quickly to scam customers until it's too late. If you are thinking about going here please DON'T or DO YOUR RESEARCH before you go, run numbers, call other dealerships, go through a broker because if you don't they'll take you for all you got and do it with a smile knowing they're swindling you.

My family and I are very in love with the Honda cars!

My family and I are very in love with the Honda cars!!! We leased a Honda HRV 2022 three years ago and because of their expertise and attentive service, we leased another Honda CRV 2025! This time Steve Shumel and David, Office Manager went above and beyond with my new leasing! I am so grateful to them for helping from the beginning to the end on my new car. Eager to sell, will never answer the phone for questions.

Eager to sell, will never answer the phone for questions. Also, look out for false advertising. I have the NY attorney general looking into this. Also I might add since I'm in CT they overcharged me on the registration and have not refunded me the difference it's been 3 months.

One of the dealerships that had a pre-certified Honda

One of the dealerships that had a pre-certified Honda Passport.... Made an appointment… which they did not keep. Spent three (3) hours trying to get a final price... meanwhile a foghorn strength alarm was loudly clanging away in the showroom (yes, for all 3 hours). Then they tried to FORCE me into purchasing a LoJack system for an extra $1295 and significantly low-balled the trade-in value of my crv (and to repeat myself, all while the alarms loudly reverberated off the walls). So, I walked away. THEN over a 3 day period the phone calls started... slowly offering saner deals... until they slowly offered a sale that was basically the same as dealerships everywhere else.... So why have the security system alarms loudly honking away? The salespeople stated it was screaming for the "past few weeks". It was reminiscent of the dislocating audio psych training one goes through in the military.... makes it hard to think clearly.... and All this to sell a used Honda??? Simply unbelievable. Thought I'd seen everything... but this one is new to me.

Was super interested in one of their cars.

Was super interested in one of their cars. Didn't hear back regarding my questions for day or two. Once they sent the images requested and some back an forth I was told it just sold. I didn't get a "hey, someone just showed up and wants to buy it." Giving me first choice since I was working with them first, if so, I would have pulled the trigger. But online takes a back seat to in-person apparently... super disappointing. :-( *then the next day I received a voicemail from the dealership telling me the car is available and to contact them to talk more. When I contacted the dealership, they told me it had sold and was really not available again. It must have been a call center... again, super disappointing.

The transmission leaked after I got it serviced at Plaza

The transmission leaked after I got it serviced at Plaza Honda. I was given a free oil change when I advised I had a Transmission leak. The tech did not torque the bolt to the proper torque. I graded the transmission service. When I took my car back for another service at Feb 7 @7:30am, I was told I gave them a bad review, and they were not pleased! From the time I dropped off my car, they never diagnosed my car, so I went to get my car after the asst service manager hung up the phone on me when I called for a status. I believe it was retaliation for my bad review. Disgusting. The suvey is to help improve your service not to use it to alienate the costumers.
