Great experience

I was taken care of by Elliott, Simon, and Brian and I couldn't have been in better hands. Everything was quick, painless and there was absolutely no pressure or gimmicks. This was my first experience buying a car and I would highly recommend koons to anybody looking for new, used or certified pre-owned car ownership.

Great Car Buy Experience

I had to wait for a particular new car to be delivered from Detroit. Jimmy Lowry the sales manager and Billy Mensch the sales person provided excellent tracking on the delivery and contacted me immediately when it arrived. The car was perfect and the price was great! Excellent car buy experience.

Great salesPerson, happy customer.

Looking for safety and reliability in a newer car went into Koons Silver Springs. At 62, this would be my first dealer purchase and expected a fair price and good car buying experience. After a rocky start, Elliot Bourne , sales person, listened carefully and realized that for a car and budget, a new Mazda 3 manual transmission would be a better fit . To say I love, love, love my new car is an understatement. Couldn't be happier. Thanks Elliot.

"Emergency" Repair Work

9/9/2015 Needed to get my rear turn signal bulb replaced to prevent getting a traffic citation Called KOONS and they were able to squeeze me in even though their service Department was overwhelmed with work. Chris Austin, my regular Service Adviser, did an absolutely outstanding job.

Two new cars

This was a scheduled maintenance visit and I decided to wait for the vehicle. Everything went like clock work. The waiting area was clean and comfortable. I will be returning with both of my cars as their schedules require.
