Thank you Lexus of Pleasanton, for showing that a dealership can care for their customers. We had to take our daughter’s car to two different dealerships before we took it here. Once we got there we were greeted right away and ended up working with Cody and he was very nice. Once we found out how much work was needed he had Josh appraise our car. He was nice and very knowledgeable. When I first saw the offer I thought it was low but after he explained it and showed me the backing, his offer was very fair. We ended up selling that car and getting her a new one. If you need service, sales or getting your car appraised this store is it!

Purchased new NX 350 today.
Purchased new NX 350 today. Traded in 6 year old Honda CRV. All through the process, including trade-in, new vehicle inspection, delivery, and careful review of all new features the vehicle had, Joshua Hummell was extremely patient, knowledgeable, and willing to ensure we were comfortable with all the features in our new vehicle. We never felt hurried or pressured throughout the whole process, including becoming familiar with the vehicles technology. Very good employee. Thanks Joshua for all your help.
