Sales Service was excellent. Dealership has many knowlegable people working there. No pressure sales. Timley feedback, on time service. Sevrin Ellis was excellent in reaching back, proactive, respectful and a pleasure to work with. Sevrin used to follow up on teh car delivery time and used to update us periodically. He made the car buying exerience less stressful and a delight.

I want to personally give a big Thanks to both Austin/New Vehicle Sales Manager and Gavin/our salesperson for exceptional service in helping with the purchase of our 2nd Lexus at Lexus of Pleasanton. We did a thorough review of all the NX350h models from Premium and Luxury models. We decided on the Atomic Silver Luxury model. Austin was very helpful in finding an upcoming model add special options as requested. Gavin is extremely knowledgeable, very patient, helpful walked thru the vehicle and the technical features including the different vehicle amenties. No stress or pressure shopping at this dealership. Looking forward towards our new ride and service at dealership as well.
