Staff interaction was great.

Staff interaction was great. Also worked with me to provide a check list of items inspected by the mechanic so we felt better driving across the desert. The loaner car was also very nice. The gas mileage was impressive. My wife now wants a new Lexus hybrid sedan.

Excellent experience from the person that greeted me in

Excellent experience from the person that greeted me in the service drive in area to the time my car was ready and my service advisor came to let me know. This was my first time coming to the dealership for service (my 5000 mile service) My Service Advisor Alyssa White was outstanding. Alyssa explained what the service entailed and how long it would take. She took me to the service waiting area which was fantastic.

I had a very good experience with this dealership.

I had a very good experience with this dealership. My salesperson Philip was by far the best part. He made sure that I felt comfortable and cared for at every step of the way. After basically a weeklong wild goose chase across LA County, I was able to give up on finding my UX in a light color with AWD. The cars kept disappearing from inventory. Philip held the car on Saturday while I drove down from LA, and had it ready to test drive in the garage. He was also very personable , respectful, and enjoyable to be around. Even though my lease pricing was a bit higher than comparable vehicles I had seen in LA dealerships, I was glad to have gotten the AWD and lighter interior for all the varied driving I do.

Emily, the service manager was very polite and helpful The techs seem to know what they are doing. The best thing was getting a loaner. I would love to buy another new RX 350 BUT you stopped using the V6 engine. I will not buy a car with a Turbo.
