I brought my Mazda CX9 in to get a second opinion on some

I brought my Mazda CX9 in to get a second opinion on some warning lights that were on. Your service department immediately located the problem. The Queensbury Mazda Dealership misdiagnosed the problem and recommended that I needed a $5000 wire harness. The worked DePaula did I got payed for by Della Mazda when my insurance company spoke to them and told them that they were the cause of the warning lights being on. So DePaula Mazda saved me over $5000. I will be giving my business to DePaul from now on. Great service and Thank you!

Excellence from the moment I stepped in the showroom. The welcoming greeting from Jamil, his energy, knowledge and professionalism was a welcome surprise after months of grueling stops at other dealerships. Frank was also an unexpected surprise of expertise, efficiency and courtesy, taking the time to answer all of my questions with out any pressure.

it’s alright, people are nice.

it’s alright, people are nice. Only downfall is every time i brought my car in they broke something else… 1 step forward 5 steps back.

Needed to come back to have them fix my tire.

Needed to come back to have them fix my tire. The tire system monitoring light kept beeping on & staying on. First I was told" due to extreme heat it sometimes takes a while for light to adjust" After Matt had them take it up on the lift it seems there was a leak & the tire was down about 10 lbs. Since I had the car inspected with tire rotation, wheel alignment & proper air pressure applied with factory standards just the week before, I would think they might have noticed the problem then when the light was on. Was charged another $62 for it to be fixed.

I recently brought my car in for a service issue with brakes and roters. Lisa Dugan is an outstanding service advisor. She was thorough, knowledgable, caring and truly a great person to know. Matt provided excellent service in researching my issue

Matt provided excellent service in researching my issue with Mazda and negotiating a very favorable cost of repair for me for this defect. He greeted me, by name, when I drove into the service area, and promptly brought me to the desk to sign the requisite paperwork. The repair was completed faster than expected, so I was able to pickup my vehicle earlier. Checkout was equally as efficient.
