The individuals who operate this service department are transparent (through video), brilliant, kind people who know how to operate without bleeding people dry. I had a ride and was able to leave my car for service. All went well and I’m so grateful!! This dealership is wonderful.

Every second of my experience with the service department at DePaula Mazda was exceptional. Excellent staff and comfortable waiting area. They even offered to let me take a loaner home so I wouldn’t have to sit in the customer lounge.

I’ve heard horror stories of dealers overcharging but so far I’ve found most of their services have been competitively priced (minus cabin/engine air filters, definitely do those yourself). Done all of my services here in the 40,000 miles I’ve had my Mazda3.

Overall, very good job. It probably wasn't the best price I could get because they had to find what I wanted at another dealership so there was no wiggle room for negotiation. Still, they were very gracious when I returned for help figuring out electronics.
