Quick No Hassel

Wasn't looking to buy car but Tyler took me on a test drive and I enjoyed the Mazda 6 feel. He let me know about all features and process was quick.

Easy stream lined buy experience, no pressure or gimmicks

We had a great experience buying our new CX-5 at John Hine Mazda. We were a bit concerned that the smaller dealership wouldn't have the selection, but they had exactly what we were looking for, and a few different options to choose from. I completed an online inquiry, and the follow up was persistent, but not pushy. The actual buying experience was easy, no pressure. Can't beat the 0% financing deal either. Love my new car!

POOR COMMUNICATIONS

I was so happy with my 2016 CX-9 and even bought easy care for 84 mos or 100000 miles thinking that i will keep this car for a very long time. Today (2/2/2017), I found a small nail in my tire and called the service dept. I explained the situation and was scheduled for an appointment at 10:40, 20 mins from when i called. I rushed to John HIne and when I got there, was told that they don't repair tires because it will change the tire rating. Anyway, 2 things weren't communicated properly: 1. Easy care was sold as if they will take care of everything, including flat tires. 2. Why would I be scheduled for an appointment when a simple explanation would have avoided my precious time and driving 35 miles round trip for nothing. I am really disappointed with your service Department. Felipe Buenviaje

Quick & Painless Process

I contacted John Hine Mazda online inquiring about trading in for a used Mazda that I found on their site. Tyler Kalevitch (online sales) was quick to respond letting me know that particular vehicle had been sold. However their was another I was interested in and Tyler was unbelievably helpful to put together a trade in value, pricing/finance terms and other pre deal legwork that made the overall buying process much easier than normal. Overall, I was in and out in about 2 hours - very impressed with the service/professionalism received. Highly recommend working with Tyler on your next deal.

Exceeded my expectations

Went in to the dealership to inquire about renewing my lease. I had the pleasure of working with Gilbert to figure out all of my options and choosing the lease that worked best for me. Genuinely impressed by how easy the whole process went.

Exceeded all my expectations.

Simply put I established a trusting relationship with Tyler back in October 2016. I almost bought the Mazda 6 we tested however I did choose another vehicle to replace my totaled car. In December my wife needed to replace her car and I thought the Mazda3 Hatchback would be perfect for her. I remembered and contacted Tyler and he helped us and gave us a test drive and was very patient and understanding with my wife who had some very special considerations. He came though with flying colors and even arranged to wait weeks for her to make it happen. He gave us his cell number and was very responsive. He also had his team help several times when we visited on his days off. That wasn't the end of it. She bought the new car but didn't want to take it home till she sold her 1990 Nissan 240sx which took almost one month. Tyler managed to have her new car garaged at their dealership until she was finally ready to drive it home.

Excellent dealership!!

I was very pleased with my purchase of the new RF Miata. Tyler kept me updated the entire time my new car was being manufactured and transported to San Diego. It was a pleasure working with him as he was completely on top of all arrangements including making the sales/purchase process very efficient and pleasant. He made sure that every detail was attended to down to setting up my garage door opener! Thanks again Tyler and John Hine. BTW, this is my third car purchase from this same dealership and my fourth Mazda! Why go anywhere else?!

Fast, easy & very pleasant experience!

We were shopping around for a CX-5 and I did my homwork on prices, options, models, etc.. I pretty much narrowed it down to what we wanted. I worked with Tyler on the price and we made the 90% of the deal happen without ever even stepping foot on the lot. I did my part and provided all of the necessary information for processing the sale. Tyler did his part getting the vehicle and documents prepared ahead of time. We even took our 3 year old with us to take delivery and sign the paperwork. We were in and out in no time! Tyler was extremely easy to do business with and took care of my endless questions and concerns. Probably the best car buying experience that I have ever had. Thanks guys! Steve Camacho in Finance was great as well, very patient and kind. A+ for this dealer! Highly recommend!
