Visiting John Hine Mazda was a great experience. My Wife and I walked in with an idea of what we wanted in a vehicle and came out with much more thanks to Mr. Kalevitch. Hines Mazda has great customer service. I did not feel pressured and I truly enjoyed my car buying experience. My salesperson was kind and knowledgeable. Great car buying experience I ever had and I've purchased 6 cars in my lifetime. Keep up the good work Hines and thanks Craig!!!

Our first encounter at John Hine Mazda was with Mike Torres who greeted us outside the showroom before we even entered the door! He was very helpful showing us the car we were interested in, and informed us of buyer incentives we wouldn't have otherwise known about. When we returned a few days later, it was Mike's day off, but we were assisted by Brett Dooley, who took over where Mike left off during our previous visit. Brett was as knowledgeable and helpful as anyone we have ever met when buying a car. He even told us about Mazda perks, features and services we never even knew about because the dealership we bought our car from 3 years ago never told us about them! Keith Gonzales was very friendly and patient as he walked us through the purchase of the car even though he had already put in a LONG day when we came in late and it was 9PM before all of the paperwork was finished! Tyler K. helped me for about a month throughout the process of purchasing my 2017 Mazda3 GT. He knew exactly what car I wanted and due to the fact that the exact car wasn't available on their lot (or even anywhere in San Diego!), he searched until he found the exact one and contacted me right away. He never grew impatient and was always understanding. He was quick to respond to emails and texts, and is very easy to talk to. I appreciate that he texted me a lot of the time, as this was my preferred way of communication due to my work schedule; communication could not have gone more smoothly. Tyler was straight forward with information and agreed to the price I wanted to pay; the deal that was communicated and approved over text did not change once I met him in person to purchase. Tyler was excellent in helping me find exactly what I was looking for. I've been wanting to buy a Mazda CX-5 for the past year, and when I finally decided to pull the trigger Tyler made it an easy and smooth process. I love my new Mazda and I'd highly recommend him and the John Hine staff.

This dealership was by far the best I've been to. I found a used car on the website and talked to a gentleman named Michael Watkins. I came in to look in person and ended up test driving with a salesman named Andre who answered questions and put no pressure which was great. I loved the car and came back in the afternoon with my mom to purchase from Michael who was awesome. He was friendly, personable and got the job done quick. The deal went perfect in finance, and we ended the night with Michael bringing us frostys!

Bought a Mazda3 for my son and everyone at John was a pleasure to work with. Everyone was very professional While Steve was new to finance, he has been in the business for a while. I used to sell cars and know the game. We did most of the deal on the phone and when we came in it was a short process start to finish. Since we had set them a credit app earlier, they had the financing all set up and were even able to get my 18 y/o son on the financing even though he is a full time student and has no income. Steve was super easy to work with, explained everything well and accepted that we did not want extra stuff. Highly recommend John Hine and Steve and Tyler the salesman that helped us as the one we had talked to the day before was off . Tyler was also very professional and helpful
