Excellent

My experience started out rather rocky as the initial salesman was rather unreceptive, rude and irresponsible. Thank you for that Andre, your dealership nearly lost a sale. I was referred to a second sales agent after speaking with the manage. What a difference, Brett Dooley stepped in and saved the day. What a true and experienced professional he is. I drove away with my new Mazda 6 with a smile upon my face. Thank you Brett for making my experience a great one.

Great experience

Mike and Andre were very helpful and knowledgeable. Love new cx5 and I'll definitely be back for my next one!! I would recommend these guys to any potential buyer.

Professional Customer Service

On behalf of my family, we would like to extend our great appreciation to Carl Johnson, Michael Watkins, Steven Camacho for helping us out to become a proud owner of a Mazda 3 SGT. We used USAA car buying program and it was a struggle to deal with different dealerships through internet. Your team is way far more professional and caring to customers compared to other dealership I dealt with, Mazda Riverside which was a total nightmare. I bought my first Mazda on 1994 with Max Santiago and was happy to know that John Hine Mazda still has the same ethics and utmost care to customers. Thanks again and will be happy to share my experience to friends, family, and to my fellow military members.

Great Team

I walked into the showroom not sure what I wanted but after talking with Craig I decided the CX5 was the right vehicle. No high pressure sales pitch, just the information and facts I needed to make a decision. He took time to show me all the features and found the exact car I wanted. Definitely the best experience I had after shopping at many dealers, including another Mazda location. Would send any of my friends looking for a new car here.

Very attentive to my needs!

I cannot see myself taking my Mazda 6 anywhere else after my warranty is complete. These guys are all a class act! Highly recommend to anyone.

Great buying experience!!

I actually had a great experience leasing a new car. I got EXACTLEY what I wanted for the price I wanted to pay. Tyler was super helpful and really fast. He was able to quote me prices immediately. No running back and forth to check with a manager. I never felt pressured at all. Totally different experience than I've ever had a car dealership. Love my new car!!!!

Great Experience!

The sales-person was very friendly and helpful, not "pushy" at all, and the whole buying experience was straight forward and honest from sales to finance.

First Car Experience

This was my first time buying a car. Tyler and Andre were a great help to me. I dealt with Tyler for initial coordination and Andre for pricing deals and a test drive. They allowed me to take the used car to a mechanic and they compensated me for the visit. They gave me a good deal on the car and were open about their reasoning on the price, even included mats to compensate me for cosmetics since it's a used car. Peter in finance helped me understand my options and was very thorough with details, and did not pressure me to buy add-ons. Tyler followed up with me the next week and helped me with learning all the tech of my car. Highly recommend this dealership!

Very happy with my new car

The sales staff at John Hine was very helpful in getting me the car a was looking for. They were very patient with all of my questions, got me a great deal, and I walked our of there a happy new car owner! Thanks John Hine!

Great experience getting a new CX-9

Fantastic service from start to finish. I would recommend John Hine Mazda to anyone. WE really like our new CX-9. It was a great overall experience.
